Stayed at this Posada Turpial for 5 nights in early July 2013. It's a very nice, clean place inside with excellent food. Jose Gregorio at reception was particularly helpful, restaurant staff were great. Would recommend!

I only tried the restaurant there and it was really worth it! It is a bit more expensive than other places you can find in Puerto Colombia with starters around 90 BsF and main dishes around 180 BsF but it is really good. I tried the ceviche as a starter and it was very tasty. I also had the chance...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are very nice, but I think we stayed at the wrong time. Nothing worked. No water, no electricity (they spent most of the time trying to restart the emergency unit) and no internet. When asked for a partial refund of the money we paid for the 2 nights, Jose (the super-friendly receptionist)...

Very basic, airconditioned and clean rooms. The rooms were on the smaller side and did not have much space to sit around in the lobby/courtyard but we heard from several other people that its on of the nicer and cleaner ones in Choroni. Its only a minutes walk from the promenade and a few minutes walk to the playa grande....
