But the big problem was the smell from the drains, which we now know to be sewer gas. We complained and they got house...

Stayed in the new section of the hotel, lovely rooms big and spacious with good air conditioning and good facilities, nice pool area and attentive staff. Hotel is on the door step to all that Lamai offers and would recommend staying here

Excellent hotel, the staff were very attentive to details. The hotel itself had excellent facilities and the pool is great. Location is excellent as only a short walk to all little bars and the lamai night market.

We spent 8 days in Am Samui and it was wonderful. You can really feel staff taking care of all of your needs. Every time we had some question or problem or issue, they solved it instantly. And they smile all the time. Everything is kept very clean, they remove leaves from the paths and pool every few hours. Part...

A friend and I stayed for 8 nights. The Receptionist was welcoming. I was surprised to read the Hotel Guide which has a full page of CANNOT DO'S or things that were NOT ALLOWED! Breakfast was really basic (Continental buffet with eggs, bacon and sausage on request) and sadly they are not able to make eggs sunny side up, despite booking...

A few points to consider if you are planning to book this hotel: • The service is very slow – on average I think we generally had to wait up to 30 Mins for them to bring a diet coke. • They take advantage of tourist as we were defiantly ripped off on our laundry costs. They charged us 400...

The resort is located at the heart of Lamai beach, just 100m from the main beach road where many restaurants, bars, shops are proximate, but still you feel very quite and relaxed there. We ordered a pool view room and got a room on the 1st floor. They accepted o change to a similar room on the ground floor, where...
