1 of the best little gems in lamai, set back off the road, the staff are friendly and the rooms are large and very clean. Short walk to the beach and town. Would definitely recommend it. The pool is small but adequate.

Stay here every year. If your on a budget then this is the perfect place to be. Perfect location for Saturday's thai boxing, Sundays night market and only 2 minute stroll to the beach. Hotel has a small pool but it's big enough for a dip to cool off with plenty of available sun loungers around it. Rooms are big...

Great mid range hotel, you can book direct with the owners via email. We stayed for 18 nights in a B room which was very comfortable, clean and had all we needed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There was a mixed range of guests and we met some lovely people from all over the world whilst relaxing by...

We stayed there 17 nights in an A class room, probably could have gone for the B rooms. Fresh linen and towels every day, pool towels available. Great laundry service as well. Very nice little pool with shade and not busy at all as the beach is only a couple of minutes away. Fridge in room and tea, coffee provided....

It's a family hotel. The staff is very nice. Located at 3 minutes from the beach. The rooms are well equipped. You have a small swimming pool but enought because not a lot of people use it. If You have a problem, the y will find a solution.

Hy husband and I stayed here for seven nights at the beginning of April. Good location just off of main strip with a short walk to the beach. Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The room was spacious and clean with adequate storage space and fridge. TV not very good - no problem, we didn't go...

We stayed here 3 days and found it to be a good location within walking distance of night life. Day time is a short walk to the beach. The room was a good size, clean and well appointed. At equivalent of GBP 20 a night, it was good value.

Staff were very friendly, diligent and honest. Rooms were spacious and very clean with the big balcony. Towels were changed every day and rooms were cleaned every day as well. Hotel is based at the walking distance from the beach (around 200 m) and almost at the heart of Lamai. Everything is immaculate except wi-fi,that is my only objection.Signal could be...

Negatives – old TV, a bit tired, no reception at night The hotel was decent value for money for a king sized bed – I would stay again It is situated along the main street towards the North...

“Book a room in the block where reception is. They are only slightly smaller but 200 thb a night cheaper. They also avoid direct sunlight most of the day so they are cooler. No lift so if stairs are a problem stay on the lower floor, however higher floors will avoid mosquitoes. Samui doesn't usually suffer from a heavy rainy season so its cooler and nicer in july and august than in high season. Avoid late March and April as that is the hot season and it can get as high as 50 degres centigrade”

“They have different rooms and the best ones are the higher floors, but nothing to complain about rooms on the ground flours as well.”

“The cheaper rooms are really no worse than the more expensive room, they are just really big, or really, really big. Up to you!”
