Room: The room I've had was for two people providing one big and comfy bed and enough space to accomodate my private belongings. The shower was hot and strong. Seems like the mayority of the rooms have ocean view. Jaime is a great and very attentive owner. The resort leaves a clean and quiet impression and the recently opened Pizzeria...

The resort is set aside from the town of Pacasmayo - enough for giving the impression that you are at a beach resort - but within walking distance of the town. The resort will also arrange a mototaxi (motorcycle with covered seating in back) to drive you to town. The town has banks, pharmacies, places to buy alcohol, sunscreen, restaurants...

It's by far the best option to sleep in Pacasmayo, specially if you like surfing, kite surfing or wind surfing. But the "resort" in it's name doesn't correspond to the facilities: - Very poor Wi-fi quality. Very challenging to get connected. - Breakfast is terrible. Minimum itens (coffee, milk, bread, butter, jelly). - no air conditioning in the accomodation Hotel...

We arrived on the eve of Easter 2015 around 10 pm and the employee in charge was very nice. He got us water, ice and coke for drinks. We were the first of the Easter vacationeers to arrive and hence got what I think was the best room. The view of the ocean and city lights was awesome, the sound...

Although it has the best view in Pacasmayo it is an expensive hotel for what they offer. Simple rooms and average cuisine but friendly and helpful staff. Moto taxi service can take you surfing or to town, where a nice boardwalk is located and there are some good restaurants. Nice swimming pool. Worth to try. For your comfort bring some...

Closest spot for surfing and kite surfing. They have a moto taxi to take you to the point and launch you if you want. Rooms were pretty clean with good views. Breakfast is the same as everywhere so it should not be a surprise when you get eggs bread coffee and juice. A bit pricey and we were quoted one...

El Faro is the only place you'll want to stay at in Pacasmayo if you're visiting for a kitesurfing holiday. It's right next to where you'll end your session (very convenient). It's also the closest hotel to the main surf point, but note that it is a long walk - 15 minutes, at least. Staff are friendly and the breakfast...

This was by far our worst experience in Peru...filthy bed sheets, room full of wildlife, unfriendly staff and terrible breakfast.. We booked this hotel because we thought it was right on the surfing/kitesurfing spot "el faro" but it's a 10 min walk to go there anyway, so it's better to stay in town, there are hotels that seem far much...

The site is lovely and the staff is welcoming but the hotel is overpriced. We expected better for the price we paid. Rates published on their website (July 2011) are preceded by the dollar symbol but there is no reference to what type of dollar they refer. This is confusing as they do not display an equivalent in Peruvian Soles...
