Very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good and the rooms are very comfortable. The beds are very very hard though. The hotel has lovely grounds with a lot of activities. If you want a relaxing break then this is the place, it is very peaceful.

The hotel is a tardis. Amazingly spacious and beautifully decorated to a high standard. We lunched in their restaurant and was pleased English was spoken by all members of staff. The menu mouth watering and service 1st class. Pricing very good. The layout of the complex carefully thought out leaving one to walk around feeling its freshness but smoothing ambience....

This is a really nice hotel in quiet surroundings. The staff is very helpful and always approach you with a big smile, seeking to help you the best way. The restaurant serves really good and various food. Nice clean rooms and Pool area.

We stayed almost 2 weeks to relax. With 2 small kids which doesn't make this an easy task but we succeeded quite well. What made the place a nice experience: * spacious hotel, with nice corners where you can hang out, where you can leave your pram,... . This is probably because the hotel has been extended several times and...

Very kind staff, good food (although no too much vegetarian), nice environment (hills and castle ruins, nice small village). There is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna too. Recommended for families and groups. Book a room with balcony.

We spent one week in a very pleasant and idyllic atmosphere. Very nice hotel, rooms are clean, the staff very polite, very helpful and a part of them speak . English besides other languages. The food is very good. Some rooms are very small. The surroundings are beautiful, you can practice a lot of sports including riding, cycling, etc. Good...

We have spent 4 days in this hotel. There is no issue with the hotel facility itself, as the room is nice and well sized, the social and wellness areas are fine as well. However the service you get is very far from 4 star quality. Reason might be, we have been there in off season, but we had to...

We spent there six beautiful days at this hotel with a 9 month old baby. We didn't have any negative experiences, but the outdoor pool was a bit cold for us (23-24 degrees). Further more the welness part is quite good. All staff was very-very polite, kitchen is delicious (intercontinental breakfast, dinner with smorgasbord with some different dishes - vegetarian,...
