Une des meilleures locations qu’on aurait pu avoir ! Tonia et son mari Kiriako vous accueille dans un lieu exceptionnel avec vu sur la mer. Les chambres sont cosy et impeccables. Ils sont tous les deux aux petits soins tout le temps. Nouveauté de cette année un petit bar à l’entrée de la propriété qui permet de venir prendre un verre en bonne compagnie et de pouvoir égalent prendre des repas maison qui sont excellents et à des prix plus que correct pour la qualité ! Cet adorable couple vous propose donc des services de restauration, d’hôtel, mais aussi de location de voiture en passant par des excursions bateaux réalisés par leur fils Constantinos et Yannis. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from de Lefkimmi port, ferry, 7 minutes from de Lefkimmi Center. The rooms ar large and clean. It is a wonderful place for those who love peace and want privacy. The sea is at 100 meters, the beach is clean and far from crowded. The manager is very kind and attentive to the needs of clients. It is a beautiful place.

Struttura ristrutturata secondo le caratteristiche del posto, tinta color senape e verande coperte ai balconi. Ambienti dotati di piccolo angolo cottura con fornello bollitore e lavabo. Bagno piccolo senza bidet e doccia con caduta acqua sul pavimento senza piatto doccia senza presa di corrente. Maioliche color marroncino chiaro, orrende e sanitari vecchi. Camera ampia e ben dotata di armadio e cassettiera. Veranda con due sedie e tavolino. Ottimo condizionatore. Nel giardino del redidence c'è la taverna di Babbis, il cortese e gentile proprietario, molto disponibile e servizievole, che cucina ottime pietanze greche a buon prezzo. Per gli amanti della spiaggia nn fatevi ingannare dalla pubblicità del residence, "sulla spiaggia vista mare". Il mare nn si vede e la spiaggia nn c'è. Il residence si trova a circa 200 metri dal mare perso nella bassa boscaglia della costa che si presenta impraticabile per la quantità di alghe morte, circa 10 metri di ampiezza verso il mare che lo rendono maleodorante e brutto da vedere.
