After a long bus ride and a 2km walk I arrived early before breakfast. well sometimes one is happy to travel on budget. But then something amazing transformed my holiday. Arriving at this lovely hotel with tranquil sea, achingly beautiful setting, soft sand and enticing jetty was simply stunning. And yes, the accommodation was well worth the effort. I wil return in fact I am just sorting out my arrangements.

We have just returned from a truly great stay at this wonderful gem of a Hotel run by the most caring and charming owners Eugenios and Helena. Nothing is too much trouble for them, from coming out to meet us and guide us to the hotel to going and buying us a large container of milk and 6 litre bottles of water and not allowing us to pay for them. Our room was equipped with a large fridge which was great, upon arriving we found wine, sweets, biscuits, slippers, shampoo, conditioner etc etc so thoughtful for us travellers. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday with bedding and towels changed every 2 days. Such a wonderful setting, safe and lovely beach and shallow warm sea to the magnificent sunsets which we watched from the charming wooden jetty and seating area. All in all we would give this lovely place and it's owners 10 out of 10 and would anybody who wants a restful delightful holiday without noise and tourists to visit this hotel. Only slight problem being it doesnot have a bus route and really you need a car which they can provide also. We will gladly and look forward to coming back to Petrakis Beach Hotel in the future. Sally & Andy Phillimore…

This is a small but iridescent jewel in the crown of Corfu. From the rooms themselves & the location to the warm-heartedness of the owners, this hotel offers everything one could could ask for. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and have soft beds, fridge and kettle, toiletries and fresh towels. The rooms command exquisite views of Lefkimmi bay, whilst the sunsets are heart-breakingly beautiful. An ideal holiday for both couples & families.

We have just returned from the brilliant Petrakis Beach Family Hotel, and wow, what a hidden gem! From the stunning views, to the heartwarming owners, this really is the relaxing break in paradise that we were looking for. Eugenios and Helena really do take the ‘family’ aspect of their name, and make you feel like part of theirs and the crystal clear sea right on your doorstep is just a bonus. If you’re into your club 18-30 holidays, this is not the place for you, but if you just want to chill on the beach, surrounded by the nicest, most welcoming people, I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be returning next year! Extending the warmest and most heartfelt gratitude and thanks once again to the most kind owners, Eugenios and Helena, who made our break just that much more special. We can’t wait to return, dear friends. …

Mixed fish and meat platters were very good. Right by the ocean, very good and peaceful. No other tourists, so all coo!! Service was ok, but could have been a bit quicker, with 6 hungry and thirsty boys. And the ouzo does it‘s job! ;-)

We’ve just returned from a really lovely week at Petrakis Beach Hotel. The owners, Eugenios and Helena, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our holiday very special. The rooms are quite old fashioned but super clean, cleaned every day with clean sheets and towels several times during the week. The bathroom is quite small but we didn’t find that a problem at all. We had a side view but still with a view of the sea from the balcony with comfy chairs provided. The hotel is right on the beach with plenty of free umbrellas and sun beds. Lots of people who weren’t staying at the hotel used the beach every day - not surprisingly as the beach is fantastic- but there was never a problem getting a sunbed, although weekends were a bit busier. There is quiet music playing in the taverna but it’s not intrusive, in fact on the beach you only really hear the waves. Maybe we were lucky when we went but there weren’t lots of noisy kids screaming and running about, it was just really peaceful. The sea is very clear and the water quite shallow which was nice for swimming and just walking through the sea. The food and service at the hotel’s taverna were very good, and we particularly liked being able to sit on the jetty watching the sunset - every evening a slightly different beautiful view right across the bay. NB if you want to explore the island, you will need to hire a car - Lefkimmi is quite a long walk away and there is no bus service from the hotel. All in all, this is a lovely small hotel with very personal service. If you want somewhere bustling with loads of nightlife, this is not the place for you. (Go to Kavos instead!) …

The best place here. Hotel in front of the beach, beautiful and comfortable bedroom with cousine inside, sofa and terrace. Hotel is surronded by supermarket as lidl, and conad. Milk and yogurt are fantastic! And you can eat well everywhere. I recommend restourant outside the center of the town, the food is fantastic, fresh and cheaper! Rent a scooter or a car so you can move easly, and visit all that you can! Enjoy!

Had a great time at petrakis beach hotel weather was fantastic the owner is so nice and friendly his brother who runs the taverna on the beach helpful too ..the hotel is right on the beach and in a really quiet part of the island very traditional lefkimmi only 5 minutes drive away it is a little remote that suited us but transport is needed food in the taverna was excellent such a pretty setting and the hotel very comfortable with nice a touch of luxury compared to most Corfu standards I'd say a nice 3 star free WiFi and sunbeds on the beach and I would definitely return
