Hotel by itself I'd rate with 3 stars, but the thermal pools and lush grounds they have - deserve a 5, hence, 4 in the middle. Hotel reminded me of hotels in Las Vegas, minus the gambling, but a nice room with big balcony, nice bathroom. Elevator. Good local breakfast. Very friendly staff. The pools are the biggest highlight. 32...

I did not stay at this hotel, but did enter for the hot sprints and dinner. Dinner was a self-serve buffet (clothes required no bathing suits). The springs are amazing. 28 pools with different temperatures of water, they even have a water park for kids and a bigger slide for teens and adults. Waterfalls throughout the place too. Lockers are...

We went here on a whim, and ended up having a great time. Our hotel booked us for a late afternoon/night at the springs (we did not stay there) that included dinner. We had our 5 and 2 year old with us and they loved all of the pools. They were not quite ready for the slides, but had so...

This place is magical. It has more hot springs than any other hotel in the area. The springs are well built, complete with several hot saunas, waterfalls, and water slides. This place wasn't very packed, so there were plenty of romantic places to get away and smooch. Bald I got springs was amazing and I cannot wait to go back!

We went here on a stop with our tour for a few hours. It was a relaxing afternoon with drinks and the hot springs, but with so many other things to do in Costa Rica and in the Fortuna area, I could take it or leave it. We were told not to go on the water slides (or go at...

We were staying in La Fortuna and decided to go there after we took the Arenal Volcano hike. Kids needed a little run around time. Walked in and dealt with a very professional and friendly receptionist. She explained all the options we had since we were not a guest here. She was great. Went to grab something to eat and...

Had day pass. Did not stay at hotel. The springs are unique and different temperatures. each one is fantastic. There is a sauna area. Went to buffet restaurant. It's awful. I recommend not eating there. The hot springs are definitely worth visiting.

The pools and hot springs waterfalls were amazing. Lots of different pools all different sizes and temperatures. Never felt crowded. We were invited to use the pools, spa and restaurants before our hotel room was ready. They locked up our bags behind the receptionist desk and when the room was ready the bell boy carried everything to our room for...

This place was so beautiful. I loved the hot water springs. It was therapeutic and super relaxing. Next time, I want to stay the night and enjoy a couple of days there. The food was very good too!! I also loved the pool bar. Super cool. I highly recommend this place.

Confusing at first, but we got there way early (we had a 3 year old in tow and 4 adults) so lunch was empty except for us. Buffet food, and great view of the volcano. FYI, you have to give $10 cash deposit for each towel (you get the cash back when you return the towel, but you MUST have...
