The owner is much more concerned about his money than the wellness of its guests ! We had the inconvenience to lock us outside the villa the night we arrived because of a slamming front door. Once there, the owner, rather than listening to our advice and breaking a small window preferred to undertake smashing the lock with a drill...

Impeccably maintained villa, breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, idyllic pastoral setting, very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended. Two observations to consider: 1) The closest supermarket supermarket is about 30 mins by car. That said, cafes on the coast provide decent food at a reasonable price. We dined there for all our meals. 2) Villa has only...

We arrived in the area late on the last Greek Sunday bank holiday weekend without having booked anything. All available accommodation was totally booked up. One of the places we went to rang the owner Nikos of Litiniana Villas. One room had just become vacant but wasn't cleaned. Their cleaner was on holiday for the bank holiday and the mother...

We had the chance to stay during 3 nights in villa "Aspasia", one of the 3 houses located just in front of the Lybian see : Nikos was really helpful to make our stay very confortable ! Houses are really nice, brand new and well maintained in a very quiet location. No doubt : if we have the chance to...

Stayed with the family (including 3 small children) at Litiniana Villas in August. The complex is one of 3 villas, each separated and private from one another and sharing a common pool. The villas are not in a very touristic part of crete and rather quie. The property is close to Triopetra breach, a nice, long and uncrowded stretch of...

We spent 1 week at Litiniana Villas in early July 2011. The location is fantastic, in the middle of olive trees and just 3 kms from the beach of Triopetra, with a great view on the see. The property is very nice and well designed, with 3 houses made of natural stones, around a swimming pool. The all is recent...

“All three apartments are exactly the same, the middle one we stayed was above the swimming pool and next door to us was a family with kids in and out of the pool but always very well behaved. Maybe if one is concerned about noise shouldn't stay in the middle apartment although we didn't suffer from the swimming pool noise!”

“We stayed in the central villa. Those with older children may want to consider taking the right villa as there is a direct exit from the villa to the pool area.”
