Staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and warm. Basic tea and coffee facilities in the room, very comfortable bed with extra pillows too. Location was excellent for Falmouth and parking was easy. We ate out but we could have eaten in the pub next door which had a nice selection on the menu, might be tempted next time.

Great location for visiting Truro and local area, fantastic views at breakfast. Stayed 2 nights and on the first day it was waitress served buffet and on the other it was buffet style. The buffet hot food was not regularly filled but if you are prepared to wait then all advertised options were available. Excellent staff (although they were rushed...

Very quiet area and lovely pub to relax in and have dinner.Like the idea of linked rooms too. Beds are very comfortable, and love the bath - ones we have been in before only have showers. Safe car park and close to inn.

Had a great stay, food was great at the table table next door and service was excellent there and at the inn itself. Staff very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble! Everything was sick and span. Location is easy to find with loads of parking. Very handy for Truro and Falmouth whilst having a quieter position.

We stayed here recently in a family room, two adults, two children, as we needed an easily booked night away from home for a family funeral. We arrived pretty tired after a 6 hour drive, checking in took too long really and was then followed by a LONG trundle down endless corridors with all our bags and grotty, exhausted children...

Excellent value. It's true that the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet (but do ask for a quiet zone!). Well done Premier Inn for putting up loads of notices asking people to keep quiet at night. Shusssh ... The adjoining pub was ok. Food a bit basic but ok and staff throughout the complex - brilliant

This hotel is quite dated and the room we stayed in was dull. Small TVs so hard to see from other side of the room. Felt squashed in. Due to no hot water in the hotel there was no dinner in the evening, sandwichs were left on the reception, didnt want to touch those as they should've been refrigerated and...

This hotel is a great base to stay when we come to visit our Daughter who is studying at Falmouth University. There is plenty of parking and a good pub attached for food, excellent breakfast. I would recommend booking as far in advance as possible for the best possible price.

A centrally situated location which is let down by poor service in restaurant, is locally known by its old name The Forge, and has a bad reputation for this. This is a shame as it is well located for amenities in the county. An ideal base for seeing the sites of Cornwall.

Love the site, love the staff. Funnily enough, I booked a disability room to accommodate my elderly mother and found this room not as comfortable as a standard double room. Ther was no breakfast buffet on the first morning but quality of made to order food was fantastic quality.
