Julie is a fantastic host and has a fantastic property with an equally brilliant location. It is set in the countryside with only a short hop to Perranporth or Newquay should you fancy a dip in the sea! Plenty of car parking for all residence and the rooms are smart and immaculate! The breakfast in the morning is great with...

Dogs made very welcome and rooms are immaculate. Easy journey to loads of beautiful Cornish locations. Perranporth beach and cliff top walk over dunes was my favourite. Great breakfast too. Owner very friendly. SATNAV didn't quite get us there.

Lovely room and location, though only having a skylight was a surprise at first, but wasn't a problem. The other rooms had standard windows. Fantastic breakfast - good choice of cereals, fresh fruit and full English. Julie and Charles were very friendly and helpful. The electric car charging point worked brilliantly.

We recently spent two nights at Homestead Farm and were not disappointed at the high standard of comfort and cleanliness in all areas. Julie made us very welcome and was sensitive to our needs. The location, too, was very handy for all the places we wanted to visit and in spite of being not far from the road, there was...

Travelling in Cornwall during the month of September requires advance booking, especially if you need more than 1 room! I was not aware of that when I started on a tour trough SWEngland with my parents. So, when we got to Truro, a family room at a 'Farmstay' was our... last choice. As it turned out, however, not one we...
