Not easily! There's only one bus per week that goes direct to Gardenos beach. You could get part of the way but then you'd need to find a taxi to go the rest of the way. I ended up getting a taxi the whole journey which cost 70 euros! That took an hour so wasn't bad. The buses travel a lot slower and stop a lot so it would take ages to go by bus anyway. Just get a taxi and haggle a bit on the price 😊.
