The room is very clean, the staff is helpful, the view from the balcony is beautiful. The wifi is poor in the rooms. Beach, shop and taverns are close. It was so calm, we slept well there. The beach was too wavy so we couldn't bath in the sea there.

The beautiful Falasarna beach on sunset 🌆 ,I think this is the best beach in Chania.
Sandy beach, great place to be. Not crowded, perfect for children.
I think in Crete I found the joy the vivre, not in Paris

Great place to stay: very beautiful place, beach nearby, helpful staff, decent delicious breakfast, clean. Would recommend to everyone! Falassarna is a small town, but we consider it as advantage, because it is not crowdy - perfect place for family holiday (we rented a car and travelled a lot, but there are two mini markets in Falassarna, good places to eat, so everything you need is nearby).

We loved our stay at Falasarna, but the hotel Falasarna Bay had its positives and negatives. Pros: the price was unbeatable, location was amazing, more quiet than some other areas, and right in front of the beach with an amazing view. The staff was very kind, handy, and the lady in the kitchen kept bringing us cakes when we were there playing cards. Very lovely. There is a good choice of walking distance restaurants, and the breakfast at the hotel, even though is was simple , it was good and enough for us. The negatives: some of our neighbours were noisy and the rooms are not soundproof at all. But the bedding was the hardest: the mattress was very hard and every morning we were waking up with sore shoulders. I'm not sure it's like this in other rooms. The hotel was full so we didn't even try to switch rooms, and we kept thinking that we would be able to sleep better the following night, but that didn't happen. I would really recommend the hotel if you are a good sleeper. Otherwise some other place with better bedding is advisable.

This place is really nice. The apartment is big, more than enough for three adults and very clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff really helpful. There is a mini market there and also two tavernas. The market had everything we needed, every morning there was very good fresh bred. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. We had a perfect, but only a two days stay.

Great beach with crystal clear water and breathtaking views on the mountains driving in. Recommemded by Cretans and a must see. Take the time to stop at one of the tavernas cliffside for some authentic Cretan cuisine at its best.

Very nice beach with plenty sun beds and umbrellas to rent. Crystal clear waters. In July it is a bit overcrowded. You should consider the wind direction otherwise big waves will disturb your swimming.

I would have arranged to stay longer if I knew it previously...
I liked it very much, very nice location, very calm, view to the sea and the sea shore, free parking, very comfortable and clean rooms.
The archaeological site of ancient Falasarna just 1km away.
Owners really friendly, Mrs Nectaria genuinely sweet...
We had a wonderful time and whenever I find myself in Crete in the future, I shall arrange to stay longer at this very nice and affordable accomodation.

The location is definitely great: From the balconies and the breakfast terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea. In a few minutes walk you are on the beautiful beaches of Falassarna. Parking is sufficiently available and from the outside the hotel looks appealing. The rooms are very old, everything seems smelly. The faucet in the bathroom drips essential, the shower is tiny, so that you put the wohle bathroom under water - unintentionally. Additionally the shower curtain sticks to your whole body. Attention: No shampoo / shower gel, no hair dryer, no beach towels. Good that you can buy everything in the overpriced supermarket next door. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock. For people who want to make excursions or get early to the airport a bit unfavorable. All in all a suitable accommodation, if you want to explore the west coast for a few days. For a longer stay I would not choose it.
