We organised a charity event on 22nd April and were very stressed about the whole thig. However the entertainments team led by Ellis were superb and helped us all to way to have a lovely evening. Food was great, and very reasonably prices, in comfortable surroundings. I would highly recommend this venue as the hotel prides themselves on customer support...

I booked two rooms, one for myself and one for my colleague. My room was ok, quite big but it felt dated. I visited the gym which was good, better than most gyms offered at hotels. We didn't eat at the restaurant but did have a late night drink, I felt it was quite expensive for a general hotel bar....

Booked for a couple of nights over the Easter weekend as we were attending a wedding on the Sunday. On arrival we found it a real pain that we had to lug our cases up various flights of stairs to get to our room on the 1st floor. The room itself was rather small for a double and although the...

Lovely setting, and not too far from anything. Food was nice but a tad expensive for the amount you get. I don't mind paying the price just think there should be just a bit more to be satisfactory. Pool, sauna, steam room are very welcoming and free.

My husband and I chose the prawn and crayfish salad to start, which we both enjoyed but I am afraid the meal went downhill from there. My husband ordered a burger which he said was dry and tasteless and extremely poor value at £16. I ordered the battered haddock which was overcooked, how it was even ""sent out" from the...

Nicely placed to visit Leeds castle not 5 minutes away. Close to the motorway, so easy to get to after a long drive. Handy restaurant with a great breakfast buffet with all the usuals for a full English.

Stayed for Easter weekend. Good hotel but rooms are in need of updating. Food very good, swimming pool lovely but a bit cold. Staff friendly and service very efficient. Would get a higher score if the rooms were nicer

Stayed here overnight and it was just right for us, clean, comfortable and quiet. With a very nice full English breakfast. Staff on the reception were very helpful so we would definitely stay here again. Only small niggle was the almost concealed entrance literally on the roundabout we missed it and had to go round again but it would be...

I highly recommend this hotel. Cheap and high standars. The spa good and the rooms big clean and new, also with a 40 inch tv screen. And all for 50 pounds for person. I don't understand the bad reviews that have been posted.

When we first arrived i was incredibly dissapointed as the building was extremely outdated and looked really run down. However I was pleasantly surprised as inside it was well presented, clean and modern. Seemed to be a small group of staff overall as we kept seeing them in all areas of the hotel. The room was grest, clean and spacious....
