This is an average hotel. Rooms averge, food average. Would I go back? Not until they get rid if the peacock! As beautiful as this bird may be its screeching kept me and others awake throughout the night. Simply not good enough! The evening meal was OK and breakfast reasonable. The buffet lunch was a little sparse. All in all...

The hotel had a lot of promise when we arrived. Great surroundings and very secluded. The problems began when we entered the lobby. The check in was interesting experience. We Had to go downstairs to get to the lift to take us to the third floor when are room number began with a two. They also changed our room due...

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family, on arriving at reception it was very slow to get checked in even though it wasn't particularly busy. The receptionists didn't really seem that interested and one of our parties room wasn't ready even though we checked in at 3.30pm and it said that rooms were ready from 2pm. Rooms were fine...

The worst service I have ever experienced. Unorganised, lack of respect towards myself, my sister and a queue of other guests. I pre booked a twin room near a lift as I am disabled. Took over an hour to book in and to receive confirmation that it is a twin room. There was a very long queue of people waiting...

Good job I was only sleeping there! Had a business meeting in West Malling and needed somewhere to stay so chose this hotel, but so had lots of others, as it seems that this hotel is a one night stopover one. After a 7 hour journey by car, a coach load of Chinese tourists arrived about 4 minutes before me,...

My husband and I got married at this hotel in May 2015 and were given a voucher to return on our first anniversary for a complimentary meal. We booked our table and when we arrived, we were quickly seated at our table and drinks order was taken. I cannot fault the food. I had the chicken roast and my husband...
