Stayed one night with an early start to the Eurotunnel. Room was ok and the restaurant no problem. Reception staff were friendly. The room I had was adjacent to the kitchen extractor fans (I guess). Very noisy until very late then switched off. However I'm presuming again but the kitchen staff were cleaning the passage way and bins and making...

Dear Breconred Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you were disturbed during the night. There would not have been any staff working in corridors during these times. Any concerns would have been picked up by the night team who would have been more than happy to step in & assist with such unacceptable disruption. Once again,...

- Friendly and professional reception staff who were helpful. - Room is well appointed, clean with a nice bathroom. The decor is getting a little dated now however, could do with a make over. It was also a very hot week end and without aircon the small room was uncomfortably hot. - The pool and gym area is great with...

Dear Rio Thank you for your positive comments. The weather has been exceptional and nothing better than getting into the pool or spa for a dip. Whilst the event rooms are with air conditioning, we have yet to install this in the bedrooms, but we do provide fans & ventilate the rooms as much as possible. I hope you had...

I had a voucher given for my birthday so we went and had a very nice afternoon tea, the sandwiches were fresh and in nice bread, large pot of tea and a nice selection of cakes, the cakes were not home made though which was a shame, that said they tasted good. Nice experience.

Room was nice, hotel a little tired but gets the job done for Leeds Castle visitors. Reasonable value. Food choice was a little disappointing for me but then again it was a nice day and they have good outdoor space. Hotel is a bit of a maze takes some getting used to. Having a hairdresser in the hotel was a...

We stayed in the Great Danes Mercure in Maidstone for one night - and it was "ok" - but nothing great to mention. On the positive side: a nice room, a very spacious parking lot, friendly and helpful staff. Not so great: the wing we were in has no elevators, so we had to lug our suitcases up several flights...

Dear Marc-scheuner Thank you for your review. I am pleased you liked your bedroom & found the staff friendly & helpful. We do have some popular, larger rooms in the original manor house where the Beatles stayed in fact, which can only be reached by the main stair. We do have a number of other room types and are always...

We stayed here on Saturday 16th July for my Dad's 60th birthday party and had an amazing time. From the start of planning the party back in January with Danielle, right through to the day we checked out the staff were incredibly helpful and really couldn't have done enough for us. We had one of the function rooms for a...

We arrived late in the evening after a long drive. Check in ( Hollie was at the front desk ) was straightforward. The room was clean and light. Breakfast was god but I think Accor hotels should offer a continental breakfast as an option. The pool and steam room were good. My only criticism is the lack of real beer...

We had afternoon tea for two here. It was very disappointing. At the height of the soft fruit season not a strawberry tart in sight.
