Decided to visit for breakfast for the first time but as it was late morning decided on the half pounder with blue cheese. Wow. Great quality and more than enough chips. Very friendly staff. Could not fault anything. Well done Steve, Jane and all your staff

We arrived late one November evening having travelled from Ireland to visit a relative. We asked if they were still serving food but stated they were not. So we said we would go to Birchington to find a place open, as we were hungry after the trip. Immediately, the owners on hearing we were visitors, opened the kitchen for us...

I have stayed here twice within a few weeks and found each visit to be very pleasurable. I stayed in room 4 on each occassion which is suitable for disabled guests. It is a large room and has a wet room with plenty of handles and a seat under the shower for less mobile people. The room is clean, well...

The B&B is in a good location right near the sea front. First impressions are it looks great from the outside. However, the noise due to the very thin walls is unbearable at times with doors continually banging, loud voices and car doors slamming closed. You can hear people cleaning pots in the kitchen and water running when other rooms...

On Sunday we walked along the cliff tops to Minnis Bay. Was a beautiful morning. Popped into Waves for refreshment. Sat outside and had a Fish finger sandwich and tea each. Was great , so big and filling. Staff were friendly and obliging. Restaurant was clean and busy. Outside space is good and doggie people are welcome here. Will definitely...

We went for a stroll as the weather was nice and decided to stop at waves, we received a pleasant and friendly welcome, it was clean and comfy. The tea and cake was lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend waves to anyone passing if they fancy a cuppa whilst at Minnis bay.

Stayed in the B&B for one night and took our dog along with us which was great. The location is on the sea front and the B&B has its own private parking which is great to ensure you get parked when you want to go to the beach. Rooms cleaned to a high standard and very comfortable and modern with...

We visited this snack bar/restaurant today. It looks very good and is spotlessly clean. Unfortunately after we had ordered our coffees and snacks we waited outside for a considerable period of time and when coffee arrived it was cold. We only received one of our snacks. On enquiring about this and mentioning that the coffee was told we received an...
