I was fortunate to enjoy this magnificent resort with a tour group. We were kindly greeted by staff with drinks and cool towels. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The room was sizable and had two queen beds. The balcony offered beautiful views of the property and rainforest. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and lounging in the hammock. Mosquitos were...

The best part about this hotel is the property itself. The night safari is free and we got to see two sloths as well as some other animals. The rooms are larger with large balcony. The beds are kinda hard. The buffet is ok.

Though the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint the rooms are big, comfortable, well stocked and the staff was phenomenal. Guests are treated to a night safari and a morning jungle walk included with their stay. Many other tours are available for a fee.We were disappointed we did not see many animals but other guests told us they...

Resort is less then an hour from panama city. Rooms are big and clean. Each room has its dehumidifier. Balcony had hammock in them. This had nice swimming pool. We had opted for all inclusive package. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Lots of activity offered.

Being in the middle of the rainforest is a unique experience. Didn't like that we could not take any of the tours. They were always full. Without taking the tour its just like any other hotel. Food was good but no beef in the menu. Rooms have a scent of old and moisture.

Definitely a great place for relaxation. Although it needs more and better maintenance, the A/C in our suite was broken. The personnel was good though we had to ask for everything and make sure they set things for us properly and despite asking for things like check out, the bedroom door was locked despite of the fact that we personally...

We booked the honey moon package for 4 nights which included airport transfer, a ride through the trees in a chair lift to see a stunning view, dinner in the Chagres restaurant and massage in the clarins spa. The food was great, the room or suite even better, just luxurious, large and with a stunning view of the Chagres River....

An amazing experience from the moment we got there until the moment we left. I'll start with the negative stuff. You would have to agree that the resort requires updating, particularly the tennis court. That's out of the way now, on to the positives. The resort overlooks the beautiful Charges River which you never get bored of looking over. At...
