I really liked the place, I have booked twice at this place it never disappointed me . A quiet and chilling apartment with private lift . The pools and jacuzzi is superb, you can have the best view over there. Overall ,a good stay as I really enjoyed the atmosphere .

It is very near to USM and I would recommend anyone that is visiting a friend or a family member from USM. Price wise is very good. It is very reasonable and the facilities they offer are also prerry great. In addition, the architecture is really beautiful and the night view is pretty stunning too.

For me, this hotel has very interesting architecture. You can rent the whole apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, its suitable for anyone who comes with a large family members. At the same time, you also can cook your own food as they provide kitchen space. If you don't want to cook, you can have dinner at the IVORY building which located next to this hotel that has several restaurants serving varieties and kinds of food. At the same time, the hotel has a beautiful view. You can hang out on the balcony to enjoy the view around the Penang Island. The prices are not too expensive although the hotel looks luxurious.

We rented the whole apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was super clean and cosy facing the pools. We just feel like home... the place was in good condition with a minimalist set up. Eatery place and convenience store were just nearby. Arte S building is well known for its unique design on certain floors thus makes this place worth the stay i.e. European style of lounge, full glass panel viewing deck, lounge pod and sky jacuzzi. The unit has cable TV and wifi too.

The facilities here are good, WI-FI, swimming pool, and etc. Stand beside the window I can see a beautiful view here, I like it so much. There is several common area can take OOTD photo, in conclusion, we do enjoy it!

Don't be fooled by the architecture design. The service in this suite is terrible. There is no housekeeping services available. Check in time is strictly 3pm,and you have to park your car outside and walk in to the counter for registration. I was ask to pay rm300.00 deposit for a four night stay. There is no trolley available for you to take your luggage to the room. And to make the matter worst,there is only one lift available to take you to your room. Just imagine if you have a handful of luggage how many trips and time wastage just to take it up to your room. I booked a two room suite and paid around rm1000 for my four night stay. You can easily get a two room hotel suite else where with house keeping and other hotel facilities available for you. There is no 24hrs receptionist available in this suite. Will never stay at this place again.…

Not worth your money and time. They'll try to lure you in with nice edits of their facilities and their cool rooms for Instagram photo ops but honestly you're much better off in any boutique hotel on the island. The rooms are not properly finished, with exposed wiring coming out of the ceiling. There doesn't seem to be any proper housekeeping, considering the cigarette butts that litter the balcony. The main door from the hallway to the common area shared by multiple rooms was also faulty and doesn't even close properly, much less lock. They promised dedicated high-speed WiFi for each room but it'll take you 5 tries to figure out which WiFi is yours. Service was also terrible. The towels had reddish-brown blotches that looked like bloodstains, and if you bring them to receptions they'll tell you "Oh, it's ok, sir. That's not blood." Pretty sure any visible stain is a bad thing, so maybe make sure you're able to provide fresh towels? Their facilities also promise a lounge of sorts but during our visit it was cordoned off with caution tape and the furniture inside looked damaged. The pool was also cordoned off, and security said they've been doing maintenance work... For two weeks. TLDR: Take your money somewhere else. This place is just disappointment and frustration.…

Lots of potential but couldn't be more annoyed and disappointed at the poor poor service for such a beautiful property. 1) Did not reply to my enquiries on Agoda for 2 days that I had to give them a call instead. Terrible customer service. 2) No aircon remote to control the temperature. 3) Water heater does not give out much hot water. 4) I don't understand their "sharing concept" when everything in the common area is taken away (eg: hair dryer, floor mat). 5) Toiletries are not provided - only a liquid handsoap and two towels. No floor mats. 6) No hair dryer. 7) I had to get down from the unit and to the office to get the hair dryer and floor mat. Why couldn't any of you send it up to the unit? 8) No stand fan either in the room. 9) Poor WiFi connection. Very disappointing for something so essential and basic nowadays. 10) No cutleries, no microwave. 11) Dusty table and desk tops in the room. 12) Huge cobwebs in bedroom and living area. Stayed here for a night. Arrived at 2.30am and staff manage to prepare keys for our room because hotel's office close at 12.00am. we got stuck in traffic about 7hours so we call the receptionist to inform about our late arrival. And they manage the check in for us. Really helpful. We were impress with the apartment. My mom liked it so much. It's a new apartment. Facilities were great, bed are comfortable. Airconditioner works well. But the only problem is dusty floor. There's a huge balcony. You can access balcony from master room to tv hall and to another room. Car park a bit confuse. Sadly we didn't manage to visit the pool. I heard it's has a very nice view.
