I would personally recommend this hotel if you have a function or even at SPICE Arena. The i just loved the room, spacious and the interior is very nice, simple and minimalist. Just a walking distance to Kapitan, Coffee Bean and CU Mart and Canning Dim Sum. There are also a lot of other eateries (non halal).

Cleanliness is excellent from bed linens to bathroom, fresh towels and the whole hotel. Water pressure was good! Eating outlets just out of the lift. Friendly service from Sam and Zaid, thank you for a lovely stay.

HIGHLY recommended hotel for cleanliness, location and value for money. The bed and pillows are so comfortable! The best part of the hotel is their staff. Look for Mr Zaid. He is a gracious and wonderful host! I arrived to have a look at the rooms a week before check in and Mr Zaid graciously showed us a few rooms. On the day of check in, my friend’s credit card was declined but Mr Zaid allowed us to check in anyway and said we could pay later. Unbelievable!! He even offered us free parking throughout our stay! Always smiling and really just a pleasant person to meet! When we came back after dinner, we realized the room didn’t have bedroom slippers. I went to front desk to ask and the gentleman there apologized because they have ran out of supplies. However, he didn’t stop there. Instead, he went to look for unoccupied room by room to see if there were any extras. Really above and beyond expectations of a 3-Star hotel. For RM100+ per night, you’ll get a tastefully decorated hotel room with full hotel amenities like TV, toothbrushes, bottled water, coffee, hair dryer. Hot and cold water dispenser, iron and ironing board are available in the common area. At Eureka, you will get the warmth of a homestay and the feel of a hotel. i stayed here for 3 nights. Check-in was fast, very polite staff. The room is visibly clean, it has everything except a phone to call to receptionist. It is ok for me. After first night, i noticed two red spots on my right leg but it wasn't itchy so i just leave it. Until 2nd night, i woke up in middle of the night due to leg itchiness. It can due to bed bug or dust mites as there were more red spots on my leg. I told receptionist about it the next morning, she told me she will look into it on the cleaning part during housekeeping. When I got back to room from work in the evening, I didn't think they have changed the bedsheet because i still saw numbers of hair under blanket. There was no phone in room, so I couldn't call them to reconfirm with them unless I ought to google their phone number and call them myself. After 3rd night, the red spots increased and more serious in itchiness. When I checked out in the morning, I told the receptionist about my condition. She just said she had informed the staff to do the cleaning already. Well, seem like I deserve this unfortunate incident since it is not 5 star hotel and no apology at all. And yes, I have to pay extra money to buy cream or see doctor myself. It was really a lovely hotel but still lots of improvement they need to work out.…

Hi! First of all we would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience while staying with us. We have got our housekeeping team to clean up your room during your stay. The have also sprayed some fabric chemical during the cleaning which might caused that irritation on your skin. After your check out, we called a fumigator team to inspect the room and found out that there are no bugs or small insect. Based on our record, we also didn't have any such incident happened in that room or any other room, before, during or after your stay. However, we value your feedback and looking forward to serve you better in future.

Nice modern industrial hispter concept hotel. We took the adjoining rooms - 1 roon with queen bed, 1 room with 2 single beds. I like that the room has many plug points for charging at every bed and corner of the room. We didnt have to fight for charging like other hotel rooms haha. Check in is a bit slow. Bed is comfy. Hair dryer provided. Shower water is a bit slow but overall the price and quality suit each other.

Great ambiance, design, and amenities, allows you to have discounts up to 20% to enjoy choice of eateries nearby from dimsum, bread shop, and western brunch eatery from hive eateries. More than that, the staffs will make you feel at home they are very responsive and (nb: the owner is courteous and friendly too).
