I'm very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. I check in on Saturday afternoon nearly 4pm. I was so surprised the moment i step into the unit i can smell a strong stink urine smell from the bathroom. The small cushion was not properly arranged, coffee table so dirty. I was so excited to see the bedroom which in on the upper deck. Again i was shocked to see the bed looks like someone already sitting on it. And when i open the wardrobe i can see a pair of men clothes hanging inside there. I try to contact the person in charge but cannot get through because they only provide me with the office number not mobile number n the office already closed I ran down to find someone who can assist me luckily the security guard on duty very helpful he then gave me the contact number of the CLEANER. Finally the CLEANER came n clean the room. Without wearing a mask or gloves. and they did not sanitised my room. What is the SOP here? I really don't understand how can they release the room for guest to check in without checking the room first? There is no hangers, iron & board or hairdryer provided. I will definitely won't come back or recommend this place to my friends
