We were running an event at Amari Penang. Nice and new hotel. Very spacious hotel and connected to the convention Center. Room is spacious and breakfast spread is good and spacious. The gym is spacious and well equipped. The pool is small but decent size for a swim.

The amari spice more than met my needs while working in penang. It’s in a great location near the industrial areas and provides a totally first class experience . The gym and exec level are superb plus dining quality equally good . Will always use for my visits to penang in future when I need to be near the industrial sector

I stayed 9 nights for a busy business trip.The hotel had a good view of surroundings, a nice executive lounge and provided free laundry. I managed to jogged around the roof garden in the last morning before I checked out.

Bad front services. The hotel staff provide wrong keys to us during check-in and blame us for asking the keys. Besides, check in time takes too long due to cleaning staff still cleaning the rooms. Try confront the manager but keep on giving us excuses for their wrong without properly settle. Now they even sent in other people invoice to us. I am worry that our info was leaked out to others as well.

Pro: Location is nice. Few food courts + convenient store nearby. The bed was comfortable n breakfast was great. Room was new and clean. Same goes to the toilet. Staff was friendly. Cons: Check in process could be better even though I have made booking and confirmed online few days ago.

Everything still Very new but toilet cleaners（smell and stain at shower corner) need improve and Wi-Fi very slow. Bed and pillow very comfortable, nice view facing spice arena. Free parking, will stay again.

For long term stay. This would be a great place to stay. Breakfast is served with variety of food and choices. Clean and nice spacious room. Nearby to amenities and food court. Best place for group meeting or big group. Lots of place to hang around in the hotel area.

Good place to stay. No jam around. Room is spacious, I would say facilities are meet standard. Food is fresh but taste is normal probably cooking their and style need improvement . Not meet expectation. The room tidiness and cleanliness need improve. Came here for a short stay, no big issue if you are easy going person.
