New hotel.. pricey breakfast. For Marriott privileges, please don't bother with your tier entitlement... you will not be upgraded regardless of availability as per management directive.
Let's start with the good.
Staff: Warm, always ready to assist.
Cleanliness and hygiene: Everything sparkling new.
Hit & miss Amenities: LOVE the toothbrushes. There's A & B, labeled on packaging with a different colour so you will not mix it up with your partner.
Nice robes & slippers.
No moisturizer/ body lotion available from housekeeping or in the room which i find rather odd as they kinda have that attention to detail with toothbrushes but no moisturizer?
In room kettle is so bougie 😍
Breakfast: Not too bad. Spread so so. They have 2 choices of fresh juices available daily but you can't choose what goes in the blender. Take it or leave it. Since I was only there for 2 days I can only comment for the 2 days.i was there. Day 1: Dragonfruit or honeydew Day 2: Carrot or apple juice

We had the pleasure staying at this new hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s unique Peranakan inspired design set the tone for an inspiring experience.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. They made we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Special mention to Hanib and hosts Isabelle, Vaishu & Anis (they look stunning wearing nyonya kebaya). p/s I have to asked their names as I noticed most of the staff were not wearing name tag.

An amazing Marriott Brand. Very well furnished and comfortable rooms and suites. They even have a Pillow Menu to select the type of pillow you want. Great Buffet Breakfast offering a variety of delicous dishes. Also very good food from the menu. Above all excellent service by all the staff.

A newly opened hotel with ongoing construction. Despite being new, the stay did not disappoint me. The room was clean, and the prayer mat, which was already prepared in a unique design, made me feel welcomed. The buffet was nice, and the front office staff greeted me with a smile. Special thanks to Win from housekeeping, who was very helpful in answering all my questions and responded quickly whenever I requested something.

Excellent mattress comfort and rooms were nicely done. Service from the staff were great from check in to check out. Excellent service and response especially from the guest relations team. Tried the 13th floor bar and it was cosy and an acceptable list.
