Stayed here recently for a total of 3 nights as part of business trip. It’s a typical business hotel that is complete with most of the basic amenities. The bed is a little too short to my liking but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable. A huge water dispenser is available at each room as an effort to reduce plastic bottle waste- an admirable effort! Location wise it is situated just beside the SPICE convention centre. It is 10 minutes away from the airport as well. Overall we were satisfied with the place.

Your standard business hotel, good location close to the bayan lepas FIZ and the SPICE Convention Center. Room size is average, amenities are complete, TV a bit small for the room. Good thing about this hotel is its green and they aim for sustainability. Buffet breakfast is acceptable but nothing to should about. Parking is ample but the design is not that good that the drive up and down is rather narrow and when you get to the bottom you need to make a sharp u-turn to get out and most car cannot make that u-turn, making it a bit dangerous for the cars coming down behind. The pool was close when I was there so they ask you to walk across the street to use the SPICE aquatics.

Strategic location at Bayan Lepas area which is close to FTZ, airport, spice arena etc. Affordable hotel which came with all basic amenities and complimentary car park. Need some improvement on maintenance as some fittings inside room are dated.

AVOID unless hotel management improves . stayed 4 nights as closest to pantai hospital. before covid stayed equatorial. A: very short beds ! mattress = abt 189 cm overhanging bedhead 7 cm pillow width = abt 30cm useable length of bed =. 189 - 7 - (30/2) = 167 cm = feet hang over end of bed !! B: bath room dark + wash basin edge is abt 90 cm from mirror = very difficult to shave. No shaving mirror. C. room service food diabolical ! arrives cold and under cooked ( see photo). food delivered does not match menu photos. AVOID eat out ! location convenient for pantai hospital.

Staying here for 20nights. Into my 5th night, and there’s no hot water. Called reception, and maintenance says that there is a limited time for hot water, 5am-9am and 5pm-9pm. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. And all they can say is Sorry. Poor maintenance is all I can say. You should inform your guests on all your limitations upon booking so we can make an informed decision.

Me and my cousin sister stayed in a standard room that have 2 single bed. We liked the room condition, the toilet is very clean and the view when we slide the curtain is nice. It was quite convenient for us to find food as many restaurant and hawker stalls nearby.

(visited early March, before lockdown) I suppose the Covid-19 certainly has the whole tourism industry gone quiet. Morning breakfast was peaceful. Only those on work duty, travels. Only seen a couple who appeared to of non-work related. Breakfast was of nice selection – porridge, Asia style, a little lesser on Western style – limited ham selection. The chef counter, though serve really nice over-easy egg. There are others choices too – noodle, rice bowl. There is dim sum too, though only for the non-fussy taste. Room was nice and large, only a square design shower room in mine, not sure there is bathtub type available. Pool size is for a few swim strokes in length but good enough to enjoy quiet, relaxing time, I suppose. Gym though has a nice selection of machines. Would be nice for a serious workout. The conceige gentlemen were attentive and helpful. The reception were efficient too except for an encounter, who was probably new when a second check-in was needed. Temperature was also taken at check-in time, I suppose it as precaution to Covid-19 check. Location is wonderful. Turn a corner at the next building, you’ll see lots of choices of restaurants and a karaoke too. There is even a nice wine bar cum restaurant too. Good access to bus stops and there are hotel shuttles to FTZ, Queensbay mall and airport. It is about 5 minutes to Penang Golf Club too although the management there appears to concentrate more on restauranteer than golf course and club activities/sports.…

Stayed at the hotel for a week in Feb 2020, was there on business. Rooms were comfortable but the desk chair was a bit creaky. Shower was very good, constant hot water temp (not fluctuating like in some other hotels I have encountered), good water pressure too. Toiletries was simple body wash/shampoo but it's also nice to use. Breakfast could have been better in terms of variety of food but considering the price, I would say it's decent and acceptable. The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the factory at Bayan Lepas in the morning is a plus point!
