The hotel room was fantastic. It was clean and well-maintained. The room had a beautiful sea view, which added to the overall experience. My kids loved the attached swimming pool. Received an email few days prior to arrival, which they suggested to provide the mykads/mykids copies and fill up the health declaration form. Ms Rain at the frontdesk made an extra effort to call me upon arrival to makesure my arrival is smooth for check in (she sang me the birthday song too hehe). So the check in was pretty smooth for me. Multilevel parking available. Just the elevators are a bit slow. Room is huge and clean. Terrific view of the Malacca Strait with beautiful sunset. My kids had so much fun playing in the pool. Beds and pillows are comfy. In room dining service was also quite fast. The person who took my order was also very friendly. Breakfast spread was also good. Lastly, check out also was smooth. Ms Rain made my stay even better. So thank you ! We’ll definitely return again.…

Possibly the worst hotel in Penang and it seems like they forgot that they are in the Hospitality industry. Staffs are not friendly at all for a 5stars hotel. One staff was looking on the phone taking his sweet time going into the lift while people are in a hurry waiting in that lift. It seems like he is the guest and we are the staff there. If you are a local and dressed moderately they will look down on you. These are staff with grey suits and blazers looks like some executive not ordinary hotel staff. Even the duty manager are not friendly again if you are local. It seems like they are so powerful because they are the manager, like i mentioned before they are in hospitality industry, so the manager felt entitled and the guest are the ones to respect them instead. However, if you are a foreigner dont need to worry. They will bend over to you and fulfil and cater to your every needs. Such a discrimination. A group of the staff was doing briefing and the person in charge looking at us as like we are disturbing them and not even a single smile. I wonder how do they train their staff. If you dont want to be courteous of welcoming to your guest then you are in a wrong industry. Will never ever return here, as they are not welcoming and treated as the guests are the lucky ones to be staying there. What a terrible discrimination by the hotel staff. I will give my review in every platform possible. In case others want to make complaint. Complaints may be submitted online via the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA). -The service is of poor quality and lacks efficiency. Multiple requests for follow-up had to be made. In the event that you exhaust your daily allotment of toiletries, you will only receive a replacement the following day even we booked more than 1 night - you heard that right. -Dirty private pool. -Valet parking attendant trying to cheat you by saying parking bays were full -The food is merely satisfactory. -The only plus was that the room is spacious and the cleaners are polite For its price it is better to stay in a 5 stars.

The room is big with private pool inside. However, the pillows are too high, not comfortable and sauna room not hot. Some public places without air conditioning and hotel never refill sanitizer in the lift.

The staff was wonderful and the dutty manager her name is Fiyza she was so helpful and know how to treat a guest thank you for your wonderful service. I had even upgrade for my room . also the room was clean and with a nice smell with a wonderful view .

This was a great tranquil location away from the bustle of Georgetown city centre and close to Penang International Airport. Our room with balcony plunge pool and steam room was fantastic. It was totally private with amazing views, especially of the sunset. The staff were brilliant, particularly Hazindar at check in and also Roslan, who helped us with our luggage and made himself available for any requirements we may have. The slight downside was that other parts of the hotel didn’t quite match this level. The main pool would have been better for us if it faced the sea, the Sky Bar could have benefited from a small kitchen to serve snack food rather than have it delivered all the way from the the main restaurant on the Mezzanine Level, which took some time. Also the main restaurant lacked an extensive international menu and didn’t serve alcohol with meals. All in all though, a really good stay…
