Stayed here on our recent trip to the florida keys for 2 nights, really friendly staff and good breakfast. we opened our door to our 3rd floor waterfront suite and wow, stunning room with breathtaking views. We sat on our balcony and watched the sunset on both nights. The only slight downside is you will have to travel for food,...

We had booked this room through Hotels.com and when we arrived our family of four was given ONE king bed. We were lectured on how we should have booked directly through the resort as Expedia (who apparently owns Hotels.com) doesn't have to offer appropriate # of beds. Excuse me but if your hotel cannot honor bed requests then stop advertising...

It's unfortunate that you did not get to experience a stay with us at Lime Tree Bay Resort. As service is important to us, we want to assist our guests in any way possible. It is difficult to "guarantee" a specific bedding when dealing with many of the companies such as Hotels.com and many reservations are not specific as to...

OK, I will start with the good - cute, nice little beach area, room was modern, nice appearance and clean. Now the bad - I noticed on arrival we didn't have hot water - didn't think much of it, maybe it needed to warm up. A couple hours into it maintenance is walking by the room, asking if we have...

Lime Tree Bay was a cute, quaint little hotel in the Keys that we stayed at for 2 nights. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the hotel has wonderful variety of outdoor seating and sunbathing options (i.e. picnic tables, loungers, Adirondacks, hammocks). The pool are is very nice and overlooks the water. The hotel room was OK -...

I have stayed at this resort 7 times now. Very peaceful place and delightful! No ocean access, but bayside can be snorkled. No restaurants nearby, and none on premises. However, if you are looking just to relax, this is the place

The good....Inexpensive, clean, and the rooms across the street, on the canal.(where we stayed) are large with a nice dock on a great canal for your boat (if you bring one) Decent value. Actually very nice. The bad..... Too many rules. Pools are closed and locked up at dusk! Kayaks are always under lock and key, Staff is overly restrictive...

Pool are is ok and has a nice view, but rooms are dark and dingy . This is not a luxury resort as stated. I concur with previous reviewer about dirty areas, stains, etc. Bedapreads and blankets did not appear clean. This place definitely needs some TLC. Continental breakfast was as expected. Would not return and would not recommend due...

We do not portray ourselves as Luxury nor does our pricing reflect that as well. We are a moderately priced resort that is growing in it's amenities and services and have a huge Repeat Guest factor that shows this. Unfortunately the resort may not for you but if you come back to the area, you will see this growth and...

My two friends and I spent a night here March 24th. There was a small misunderstanding about the reservation, but they quickly took care of it. We had a beautiful view of the Bay from the rocking chairs on the patio right outside our door. Tables, chairs and hammocks were just waiting on the sand for us to watch the...

The hotel decor is tired. Descriptions are not accurate of their "beach" . However there were plenty of loungers, hammocks etc., so it was a great spot to chill out. Big downside is that there is still no restaurant, and breakfast choices were limited to pastries and buns. We had to drive quite a few miles for lunch/dinner - then...

Thank you for your review and as we try to continually modify or upgrade our facilities, we have to do this in our Off season when occupancy is lower and not to disturb our guests!!! Our restaurant should open in April 2015 but we have local restaurants only a few miles from the resort itself with good cuisine. Our "Continental'...

Our motorcycle group, 5 bikes with 6 riders, spent 3 nights here in one of their 3-bedroom condos. Our stay was extremely pleasent! The condo was very clean and well appointed with a balcony off second floor kitchen and covered patio off first floor entrance overlooking canal. Nice pool and short walk across the street to hotel lobby where kayaks...
