Hotel's Favourite
We used this location of Homewood Suites as a stopover on a road trip. We wanted to be outside the downtown area and the Kanata area is lovely. It was a very nice stay as our suite was large with a full kitchen and two very comfortable beds. We used the saltwater pool and had the breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold items. My one suggestion is to list the cold items along with the hot ones. The servers had to keep telling us our choices. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming and check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay at Homewood Suites next time that we are in the Ottawa area.

Flawless in all aspects. The great experience starts off at the reception managers welcoming us. Hotel room very comfortable and clean....the complimentary breakfast, honestly, the best ever at Hilton hotels.

Divya the front desk was very unprofessional and disrespectful, the conversation with her was difficult. The rooms are too hot and noisy. Bad experience overall, I had to shorten my stay as I was not comfortable and was not able to sleep due to noise

As a HH member and quite savvy to the brand, I inadvertently booked this property as the previous hotel I checked out of could not accommodate me for the extra night. To my pleasant surprise, this property boasts a luxurious suite with a large entrance, already providing a feeling of warmth and comfort. We were travelling with my son but I have 2 other children and this property is fantastic for families. With a fully equipped fitness center, adults can enjoy their down-time while their children (not toddlers of course), can enjoy the pool directly below the fitness center and easily accessible by a flight of stairs. We travel to Ottawa two times a year and stay here every time. The service and cleanliness, friendliness of the staff is impeccable. There is a great coffee shop down the street. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is modern and clean, the management and staff are really friendly and helpful. I have been traveling to this hotel for the past 4 years for business and this time I traveled with my dog. The hotel management and staff have been great with my dog giving her plenty of pets and treats (Dowit and Phil especially). They have a social on a Wednesday night which entails a good spread of food. The manager Dowit is always present during the social and is very welcoming ensuring we are taken care of.
