Absolutely loved this place. The owner was very friendly and helpful. They also made my dog very welcome too. The setting was beautiful and it has a great feel to the place. Lovely breakfast! Would highly recommend. x

We found Maison Creme Anglaise on the internet and after a few emails with Graham the room was booked. We were on a month long road trip in a camper van so we were looking forward to a nice comfy nights rest. We arrived at about 3.30pm and were greeted by Grahams son and the barks of Custard & Crumble....

Christine and Graham (the owners) really helpful and very friendly. Custard and Crumble (the dogs) very friendly. The main house (which you're welcomed to access for several things) is stunning and even had a folk concert on whilst we we were staying. The Grande Creme (the gite) is also stunning, has everything you need and is very spacious. The pool...

Christine and Graham make you feel right at home. A great way to have started our French countryside adventure, you feel you have know them forever. We enjoyed the other couple staying there over dinner and great wine.

My son and his wife drove from Calais to Montreal with a three month old baby, to stay at Maison Creme Anglais. They were greeted as if they were family and made to feel very relaxed and welcome. To travel with a little one so young is stressful and so arrive at any destination with this sort of customer service...

Maison Creme Anglaise is run by a charming English couple, Graham and Christine, ably supported by their menagerie of dogs and a cat called Rhubarb. The village of Montreal is full of charm and the buffet breakfast is superb.

We were six people, 3 teens and 3 adults, really looking forward to the vacation. Everything is nice in the lovely village, it's all really great, and as the title says, we would really like to give this review top score, but we can't... unfortunately.... We arrived later than planned, but the cleaning was not done, we left to shop...

Thank you to Graham and Christine for another fabulous experience at Maison Creme Anglaise. Your hospitality and accommodation is exceptional as always. This was our third trip to Maison Creme Anglaise and it really is the most gorgeous retreat from a hectic life here in the city. The town of Montreal is a beautiful setting, with its 14th century historic...

The wonderful hosts Graham and Christine ably supported by fearsome old English Sheep Dog Custard guarantee the best possible start to my annual trip to Provence. It is a place to relax and enjoy the wit and hospitality of these charming, intelligent people in a wonderful village.

My boyfriend and I were there in May 2012, we were in France for a good friend's wedding, and we had for less than a week for Paris and France countryside.. The initial plan was to stay at Maison Crème Anglaise for 2 nights, and then off to Paris. I first fell in love with the photos on their website,...
