First impression, a quiet and serene hotel within rows of shop houses. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I felt like walking into a Japanese home. Very zen;) Eateries and supermarket are walking distance. My stay was very comfortable and everywhere I look were clean, I love it. A little bit hiccup during checking in due to system malfunction, but the matter was rectify within 5minutes,so no problem there. Just make sure all system were in a good condition. For the price I paid, it is very worth it. Less than RM100 for a very good room.I would stay here again during my next visit to Bintulu.

Very nice boutique hotel. I stay here with my husband and 1.5 years old daughter. The premium room is spacious enough for us. The room is clean, comfortable bed, clean toilet. Not sure if the parking is free or not

Found this new hotel on previous trip to Bintulu. It is located behind bus terminal and Farley food court. The location is so so but it wasn't a problem since I was driving a car to get around, and there wasn't much traffic in Bintulu. A lot of eateries around that area. There is also a japanese restaurant at ground level. It was still under soft-opening since August and renovation work was going on with the facade, but had no impact on the quality of my stay. The hotel. My god, it is fabulous! It is obvious that the hotel caters for japanese previously. The receptionist was very sweet and courteous, and understands mandarin. I checked-in before noon and although it was Christmas day, the hotel had ready room to my pleasant surprise! I was secretly glad for it's low profile online (evil grin). I had pre-booked the hotel for myself and my parents had other plans in mind, but after they visited my room, they loved it too and booked another room. That's how good the hotel was! The interior of the room (front view) was very clean and pretty spacious. It has lots of veneer, which suits my taste. The bathroom was clean and better than average. It had a safe, fridge, glass desk and flat-screen TV. The audio was pretty terrible though; it was a ceiling-mounted speaker with no surround sound, so it feels kinda weird when watching the TV which only had 4 local TV channels. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel. It had quality, not expensive and totally worth the value!
