The hotel located in the city center. Hotel attached to the Parkcity Mall. The place is really convenient because it is very near to shop lot. If you want to buy souvenirs, there a few shop that sell local Sarawak souvenir like kek lapis and kain batik inside the mall. The room is so spacious furnished and equipped with modern furniture. i love the shower big shower head and also the bathroom toiletries are suitable for a business traveler. For Muslim, they provide praying mat and also 'kain sarung' for praying. Iron, safety box is also provided in the room. the nice thing was, the hotel provide welcoming fruits in the room when i checked into the hotel. This is my first time having fresh fruits in the room. the mini bar was available, coffee tea and also kettle. There was also can drinks provided, but i am not sure whether it is free or chargeable if you drink it. The highlight of the hotel i think it is the cafe. I went there for breakfast, a lot of choice to choose from, but the best was the view from the cafe. It was so beautiful looking at the sea when you are having breakfast. Overall my stay in this hotel is awesome and a am looking forward to come to this hotel again.

What can I say, this hotel exerts my expectation. It is spacious, clean, very hospitable and value for money.

Our family arrive quite late to the hotel after after having our dinner. To be welcome so warmly after a tiring day of travelling is indeed a plus. Check in was fast and non hassle.

Room was seriously big and the warm pressurized shower was amazing. If I had 1 complain it would be the bed is a bit hard for my liking but that would be it.

Breakfast was also good, quite surprise that they even provide premium grade sausages. Not those thin ones. Kuddos! Paddy Cafe House, please keep it up.

I will definely recommend for anyone to stay here and we will definitely make this hotel our go to should we be in Bintulu.

This is a great hotel for Bintulu.

Room size is large, lots of spaces. The furnishing looks great and make the room looks expensive. Bathroom is spacious too.

Very considerate for muslim visitors. Sejadah, kain pelikat etc are provided in the room by default.

I’ve just spent the past 16 days at this hotel. The people are very polite and kind. The room was extremely clean. The food (room service) was really good. Incase you are in a hurry best to order in advance. For me I was under quarantine , so no issue with timing .
There is some renovation work going on , but it did not disturb my sleep in anyway.

I stayed for 10days recently. The good thing about this hotel is the shopping mall adjacent as well as the restaurants nearby. The mall is quite small, nothing much there except merrybrown, secret recipe and sushi king, no food court. There are more options outside the hotel.
Staying 2-3 days probably fine, breakfast is almost similar every day, the same juices everyday, I hardly get to taste the dim sum.
House keeping was not properly done, one day on weekend, I put a sign do not disturb as I planned to wake up late, told them to clean the room when I went out, unfortunately, it was not cleaned when I came back 2 hours later, glass or cup was not arranged in place after being used, hair dryer left as it is
There's one day, heavy rain and water leaked near the window! Called up maintenance and apparently they knew about it already, but the wood panel has shown some degradation, Seriously ! That means, it's not a new thing
This hotel is quite good but 3 departments need serious improvement I.e maintenance, housekeeping and F&B.
If nothing done, it'll be a run down hotel soon

A trip to Bintulu was a last minute arrangement but fortunately, we manage to get 2 rooms. Stayed from 6th - 9th November as we had an event in Kampung Jepak ( which was 30mins away ). The hotel room is spacious ( the extra bed requested fits nicely ) and the service was good except the selection of buffet for breakfast was not that great. Our room was on the highest floor ( premier room ) but our room toilet lock was broken, even though it was a sliding door. We requested to change to another room due to miscommunication between us but Ms. Pamela ( front desk ) was very helpful and patience with our request. within 2 hours there was an available room.

The hotel is attached to a mall ( the only mall for now ) and the guests parking is at 4th floor. There is no valet parking as the lobby hotel is situated behind the mall. But in all, we are satisfied with the hotel and their hospitality.

went to stay in the hotel for a business trip. Centrally located. Beside a good shopping mall. Rooms were tidy, clean and better than I expected.

When I checked out, I accidentally left my headphones in the room. A quick call to the reception reassured me that they will really put effort to assist me instead of just some verbal empty promises. Luckily they found it and offered to courier it back to me free of charge! I am so so so impressed by the friendly staff.

Thank you and you really make your fellow Malaysia citizens proud!

Stayed there in June, business purpose. Few occasions for a night(s).
Room is sweet, breakfast...so so. Fitness center, not appealing. It should be great just for rest, not long term. Location wise is ok, you can get food and drinks and attached to a mall.
My experience was, i checked out and left my phone and only realize it in the airport. I called the reception in the airport and gladly housekeeping did found the phone. Got back to KL, the phone came to my door by post the next day. I do appreciate that really! Gotta give thumbs up for the service right? ;-)

The hotel is very nice and I enjoyed our stay. However, I had running in with the check-in lady. Malaysian nationals are exempt from tourist tax. I booked two rooms. I am not a Malaysian national and have to pay the tourist tax; but my guest was a Malaysian national and exempt from such a tax.

I (could not sleep in two rooms at the same time) therefore one of the rooms would be exempt from tourist tax. The check – in lady could not understand my point and was refusing to allow me to check-in unless I paid for two tourist tax. She was argumentative and would not listen to reasons. I had to call the manager to explain to her my point. Thankfully the manager could see my point.

Customer Service / Check-in are the face of the entity. Grumpy or argumentative people should not be working the such a places.

It would be have been 5 stars if it was not for the check-in lady.

There is a door to parkcity mall directly from hotel. But hotel card required. As travel in group, not everyone will have the card. Those who don't have the card need go out of the hotel and walk under sun or rain just for going parkcity mall
