Very spacious one bedroom apartment. They obliged my request for high floor with sea view which was very nice. Comfy bed. Strong air conditioning in the bedroom and living area. Good water pressure with hot water supply for shower and sink in the bathroom. Furnishings are a little dated and sparse. Kitchenette feels a bit grimy and the sink's water pressure was poor. It's not well equipped, perhaps for long stay where you really use it supplies can be requested. Due to Covid, breakfast was lunchbox style placed outside the room. It was horrible! We only had it the first morning, subsequent days we told them not to bother. Location is good if you have your own car, otherwise it's got nothing nearby for food and supplies. Photos show double pillows but it's actually one measly pillow per person. Upon request they only give 1 extra (don't understand why so stingy). Bedroom has blackout curtains but the bathroom door is frosted glass which lets light in. If you like to sleep in a darkened room, this will irritate the hell out of you as it did me! For the price of RM125 per night, it is extremely good.

The apartment is good for family and location is easy access.

Service from reception is ok nothing to brag about.

We stay at level 3, room is specious and the bed is so comfortable.

Kitchen equipment need to look into. Insufficient and it takes time to receive if request. This apartment need to so some refurbishment as it is not well taken care. The housekeeping need to do their job properly in terms of cleanliness

We will definitely stay here again as both of us always coming over to visit our son study here.

Price is reasonable and no doubt about it. This is what to expect if you paid that such amount.

See below photo missing sliding door wardrobe 😅

Generally this apartment provide best accomodation in Bintulu. It has complete set for cooking from pan, cutter, plate, glass, rice cooker and etc. For those who plan for long stay, it should choose to stay here instead at hotel. You can cook your food yourself and just buy all the ingredients at Farley ( Shopping Mall).

It provides laundry services, the con you need by yourself at receptionist and take it once you back from work. The charge for laundry is acceptable. Also, the parking bay is great since this apartment provide basement car park.

I will come back to this hotel in future.

Thanks.

Jinhold's location is good and that's the only good thing about it. The towels are grey and old, breakfast food is bad and cold, and I had to fight to use the washing machines and dryers with the staff who hogs the machines with floor rags. It was so disgusting!
As if the above is not bad enough, the shower door does not close properly and i had to use one leg to keep the door closed to prevent the whole bathroom from being wet. The water heater does not work properly and the position of the shower is ridiculous making it impossible to shower without knocking myself blue black at the walls.
The lobby's toilet is stuffy and smelly without proper ventilation. Staff are robotic and does not bother to hide their grumpiness

Arrived at 3pm and my online booking had not been noted despite having received a confirmation email. I had to wait 30 minutes before I was checked in. On arriving to the room it was still not cleaned from the previous guests. I had to hunt down housekeeping by myself.

Breakfast was always cold wiht little choice. The hotel has noisy families so if you want peace and quiet stay away.

The food in theh restaurant in the evening was, however, very nice

When we shifted to bintulu we had to wait for some time for our house hold container to come in. So started at these services apartments. It is a clean and nice place having serviced apartments of various sizes. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and plenty of parking space. There is a laundry area at the basement. The staff is quite good. It was a nice stay with our 2 kids

This is a very nice hotel service apartment With a basement carpark, it is very safe and away from sun or rain. The lobby and hotel surroundings looked beautiful but provided you have your own transport. It will not be convienient without your own transport. There is a self laundry but you need bring your own detergent. Webooked a triple beds room, it was very spacious with a balcony. There is a fridge and is not the mini fridge at all. The buffet breakfast which is included is just average and enough to start off the day.

Location is strategic which is a few minutes' drive to old township or new township. Rooms and kitchen are spacious, clean and well maintained. Likes most enjoying sun set scenery from the balcony. Basement parking is safe with private access between room and basement. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Jinhold Apartment offers affordable rate.

Stay here for the disastrous Sarawak marathon. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. Room are clean but since I'm staying next to a apartment, my room was reek of the smell of their cooking.
Surprisingly, the food in the hotel's restaurant wasn't bad. Portion are generous too. Do order their french fries and you will see what I mean.
It is 10 to 15min walk to parkcity commercial centre(I counted). Not the best location but nonetheless a good stay.
