Very spacious one bedroom apartment. They obliged my request for high floor with sea view which was very nice. Comfy bed. Strong air conditioning in the bedroom and living area. Good water pressure with hot water supply for shower and sink in the bathroom. Furnishings are a little dated and sparse. Kitchenette feels a bit grimy and the sink's water pressure was poor. It's not well equipped, perhaps for long stay where you really use it supplies can be requested. Due to Covid, breakfast was lunchbox style placed outside the room. It was horrible! We only had it the first morning, subsequent days we told them not to bother. Location is good if you have your own car, otherwise it's got nothing nearby for food and supplies. Photos show double pillows but it's actually one measly pillow per person. Upon request they only give 1 extra (don't understand why so stingy). Bedroom has blackout curtains but the bathroom door is frosted glass which lets light in. If you like to sleep in a darkened room, this will irritate the hell out of you as it did me! When we shifted to bintulu we had to wait for some time for our house hold container to come in. So started at these services apartments. It is a clean and nice place having serviced apartments of various sizes. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and plenty of parking space. There is a laundry area at the basement. The staff is quite good. It was a nice stay with our 2 kids

I been here for 3 nights, the room is good and spacious, housekeeping staff very attentive BUT only 1 of the feont desk staff and 1 restaurant staff spoilt my stay with my family. Those 2 are vwey rude, unfriendly and not even smile. Management need to look at this areas of improvement.

This apartment hotel located a bit far from city centre make it difficult for me to go out to the city, but luckily riding apps like Grab available in this city. My room is considered spacious, complete with several channel tv and minibar. Breakfast meal is just ok with variety of options.

I have stayed here many times, and this time the reception staff were just plain sour faced on check in and check out. Also previously the beds came with 2 pillows per bed, or if they came with only one, a request for more pillows was not an issue. Now the latest management directive is only one extra pillow request per room. Any additional requests is an extra charge. Disappointing.

This is a very nice hotel service apartment With a basement carpark, it is very safe and away from sun or rain. The lobby and hotel surroundings looked beautiful but provided you have your own transport. It will not be convienient without your own transport. There is a self laundry but you need bring your own detergent. Webooked a triple beds room, it was very spacious with a balcony. There is a fridge and is not the mini fridge at all. The buffet breakfast which is included is just average and enough to start off the day.

We booked thro' Trivago. Stayed there recently for 1 night with my family of 5. The receptionist / other staff were friendly and polite. Room, bathroom, towel etc were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, we're very satisfied. Thank you Jinhold, will definitely come back

Very good apartment hotel. When booking I thought I choose apartment room with sea view, when check in I got city view. A bit disappointed but our room still got view. we have everything we need in room except ironing. Not so much choice in breAkfast table. Half boil cook egg become really cooked egg. 😬 well still considers to again because very value for money.

Stayed there for one night on 14/2. The receptionist is friendly and polite. The check-in was fast. I booked 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. The room is spacious & clean. The kitchen facilities - basic utilities provided, even the dish-wash liquid. All room equipped with bathroom. Gated parking spaces. The breakfast was decent, plenty of choices. Our room view was beach, quite a scenery.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but upon arrival we were offered 2 studio apartments with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for each room, which was a really good deal as we had more beds to occupy our travel pack of 5 people. Thanks Jin Hold apartment for the warm hospitality. :-)
