I spent three nights at this hotel last month-January 2019.It was a very pleasant experience. My booking was taken over the telephone by Christina and when I arrived check-in was handled promptly.the room was large and clean and was serviced daily .I had asked for a high floor room and this afforded great views of the Kemena river. The staff were very helpful and obliging and I would like at this point to pay tribute to Simon. The restaurant was open 24/7 and breakfast each morning was more than adequate.I am happy to recommend this hotel-clean,comfortable with friendly staff and great sleep quality---10 out of 10...worth a return visit.

This is a nice inn in front of a river. If you manage to get the river view, well ... river transports, timber barge, even small ferry for opposite river bank villagers could be something good to view. The hotel’s cafe right beside the hotel is a rather good spot to eat.

The Inn is located along the river near the old town Centre with ample parking space in the event. The room is fairly decent for the price, but the room is in needs of fumigation as ants were running all over the rooms and on the beds!! As it was only a night cap driving break that we needed for our driving journey trip to Kuching, the Inn served our purposes. There is free wifi but slow it's did what was needed for us. We took 2 rooms and both the rooms were spacious other than the ants running around every way it was value for the price that we paid for. Don't mind recommending it to anyone as it has a comforting bed and view with free wifi for just over 100 ringgit, can't complaint.

I was totally impressed with this inn. It has given itself a new facelift and it was impressive for an Inn. The room was spacious & I must say the bed was very comfortable. For me when traveling, a good night sleep is very important & this has been 1 of the best sleeps that I have experienced. It is located at the old side of the town. Foods are easy to find plus the inn has its own cafe which is operating 24/7 but don't keep high hope on the food being fantastic. I will definitely come back here again & would recommend to my friends & families traveling to Bintulu. Definitely an inn with 4 stars hotel comfort
