I went there several times for business trip. However ,this time I made a mistake by not checking which room that I will stay in. They gave me a far end room which adjacent to the PUB / Bistro which played music all night till 2 am in the morning. Just imagine when you need a good night rest to prepare yourself for a meeting the next morning ,you're unable to sleep due to full blast speaker from the night before. It is very frustrating.....

I went to Bintulu with my friends before CNY, Bintulu really a quite boring place , lolx but luckily the Inn I stayed with , is quite happening at night .The Inn just opened, next to the Inn have 3D cinema, bistro, or just take 10mins to walk over the shopping mall, and many food outlet is nearby the walking distance, the most precious was those staffs are friendly and nice !! The Inn lobby quite small but the room we stayed is BIG(4adults and one kid#comfortable#clean#big), got water dispenser provided and with reasonable prices to stay.

I'm rather surprised with the service and the quality of the rooms provided by the management of the Parkcity Garden Inn.

We were down in Bintulu and stayed in this establishment for 3 days. Check in was done rather quick. I made my bookings via email and the reply was swiftly done.

I opted for the deluxe room a the price of RM 99.00 per night. The room was rather big, comfy king sized bed with equally comfortable pillows. The toilet was very clean with basic toiletries. The shower has 2 options: rainfall or the conventional shower head. The water pressure was strong and provided a relaxing shower after all the long day. We stayed at the rooms that were facing West side and it was rather hot in the late afternoon.

The Inn is situated in the Parkcity Commercial Square and basically everything can be found nearby. Food court, restaurants and many shops.

Definitely a good option to choose if you're planning to put up in Bintulu

Stayed in a single room on the ground floor, room 107. Room was superb and the bed was very comfortable. Only RM80 per night for the single room. The location is also centrally located and it is near to the new mall and the express bus station.

Really good price, to get a room as 5 star. Room is clean, feel like a expensive hotel. Comfortable bed and pillow, everything necessary for a hotel room are provided, like basic toiletries. Convenient to get food around the hotel. 5 minutes walking distance to Parkcity Commercial Centre. Is a good choice for business family trip.

Very good budget hotel. We stayed at premier room 2 beds (1 king bed and 1 queen bed) for RM138.00. Enough for 5 of us. 3 kids and 2 adult. Room is specious, cleaned and comfortable.

Although the hotel didn't have it owns restaurant, there are many food court within the blocks. The only negative parts about this hotel is its lobby. Which is very small with limited seat. So meeting someone at lobby is not recommended. Better go the the nearby coffee shop.

The premier room is quite big and toilet is clean. Fully equipped toiletries except floss. Everything was good but the bed. It has sound on one side of the bed, waking the partner up in the middle of the night.

Stayed here for a few months. Had issues in the beginning with the leakages at the room ceiling during rainy season. But management moved us to another room, no issues. They solve the issues immediately. Friendly staffs.

Drawback: very poor wifi. Can't use it do do your work. Needs major improvement.
