Facilities
- Lifts provided.
- Room with views of garbage (HAHAHA) 113 & 114. I think another level would give a nice sea view thou.
- Ample parking space.
- Few restaurants downstairs but closed as early as 8p.m. Have to go to the town for dinner.

Room
- Check in room 113 Family Room but a bit disappointed on the space. Too small for a family room, I guess. Might asking for bigger room next time.
- Room was clean, toilet also in a very good condition.
- No wardrobe provided.

Location was quite good, since it's not far from the center town of bintulu. It's easy to spot from the main road, because basically the building was separated from other buildings.

Got a cafe next to the hotel. But I haven't tried eating there.

I got the single room (113) and it's quite comfortable. The space was small but it didn't look that way. The view allows me to see rubbish area at the back area of the building. Since I'm only staying for the night, I didn't think it matters much.

Réception was good. But they took more than 5 minutes to reg me. Maybe because I didn't book in advance. Reception was there When I check out early in the morning (5am).

And Wi-Fi signal was good.

I stayed on business for 2 nights from the 17th-19th March. The reception was okay, could have been abit more welcoming. Rooms are extremely small and the hand basin is located out of the washroom. There is no bidet in the toilet (not a norm in SEA countries) and only shower gel & soap bar are provided. Plus side they do provide tea & coffee facilities, hand towels and 1 in-room slipper.

Pillows were wasted and thin. They gave an extra pillow without much fuss. 1 towel was okay and another was grey in color. They changed it upon my request. Wifi was okay, emails and short youtube videos loaded just fine. Overall not a bad place if you just need to sleep.

Parking very spacious. Allow us to park our bike in front of the hotel. Was told someone will look after your vehicle during at night. The front desk service was fair. Not feel that warm during arrival. Room is small but new and clean. I like the toilet bathroom concept modern and sexy. A mix restaurant along the building on same row. You can get beer as well but if you need to buy snacks and etc you have to walk maybe about 20 minutes to another shoplots building with supermarket.

stayed for the weekend during the Bintulu International Kite Festival as other places were fully booked. situated a bit out of town, so you do need to have your own transport. however, they have their own parking space and there are a couple of small cafes downstairs which seems to be full almost all the time, so i guess the food must be good,

we stayed in the room with king sized bed, big enough for the three of us....the room size is ok, the bed and pillows provided are very comfortable. all the basic amenities were provided except for iron & hair dryer which you'll need to ask from the housekeeping. the view offered nothing much but the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. the bathroom is a bit small for my liking though and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which means once you get the floor wet after you showered, it won't dry up fast. the sink is outside of the bathroom, which is not too convenient for me.

all in all, with the price that we paid, it was worth it (~RM120 for king sized bed, RM104 for queen sized bed)....the staffs were very friendly and attentive. they even allow us to extend our stay on the next day until 3 pm without any extra charges. will certainly stay here again :)

I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of a local.
The room standard was very good for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful.
It is located a bit out of town but I had transport and there is plenty of parking out the front.
Food is not served in the hotel but there are 3 or 4 eateries near the entrance. The family run restaurant right next to the Hotels front door was beaut. Very friendly and outstanding food at a price that I was almost embarrassed to pay so little for.
