This hotel suppose to be a nice place to stay but to my surprise the condition had changed a lot maybe because of after MCO pandemic. The room is not well clean and had a foul smell. Not much maintenance was done.. but their breakfast still does not let you down.

Fadzila Tun was professional, brilliant & hospitable while checking me in Brahull? the security officer/bellboy was thoughtful Lisa (if I remember her name correctly) was eager to help for the price paid, the room felt like luxury even when the COVID-19 pandemic is still prevailing, breakfast should be unlimited (orders) price of Weekend Semi Buffet Dinner should be lowered OR quality of food should be increased. Yorkshire pudding was awful & freshness of seafood was disappointing although choices were satisfactory lobby restroom was ideal with up to date facility stains on the walls should be spotless it would be flawless should there be covered parking lots, a swimming pool and/or fitness centre around 28 mins (19.4 Km) by car from BTU around seven mins (3.1 Km) by car to Pantai Tanjung Batu around three mins (250 m) by foot to nearest supermarket and/or food court…

I really like this hotel though it’s not a 5 stars hotel but to me it’s very cozy. I was allocated on level 8. The room is relatively small & it has all the needed amenities. I found the experience staying at this hotel is very satisfying. This would be the 2nd hotel that I’ve stayed that I really like. It’s very clean & I really enjoyed by just staying in bed. The channel quite limited. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. There’s a hypermarket behind the hotel. The bus station is just right next to it. Plenty of eateries the moment you step out of the hotel. I didn’t try to order food but the breakfast was just ok. No buffet spread & I can understand because the hotel is observing the strict Covid-19’s SOPs.

What I like about this hotel is the location - it's right smack in the midst of many shops - very convenient. If you need to travel out on buses, the bus station is right next to the hotel. There are loads of food options around the hotel, more than enough to eat at a different place for each meal if you stay a week or more. There's the Farley Supermarket less than 5 min walk away - fairly big one that should be able to provide you with all you need. Went for a haircut for RM18 and a fantastic legit massage at Jian Kang III for RM55/hour. All are just across the hotel - less than 5 min walk again. As for the hotel, the best thing about it apart from the location is the buffet breakfast. For the price of the room, this is a fantastic value-for-money breakfast. Security is good with the security cards. The rooms are clean and have just about everything one needs for a short stay. The beds are comfortable and clean. The reception staff are polite. In fact, I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel and I'll be staying here again if I were to visit Bintulu a second time.…

Hotel location are surrounded with supermarket, shop houses, bus terminal and eateries. Very convenient. But there were no hotel guests parking area, so I just parked my car at the nearest empty parking lot. I didn't try the breakfast but I bet it was good. Also please make a routine maintenance because the room that I was given had a flickering light in the bathroom. And also the AC change its own temperature from 25* to 21*.

Stayed for a night after a site visit in rural areas in Sarawak and catching an early flight to KK. Breakfast starts as early as 5am - the first hotel I’ve been which had breakfast this early. Other early risers are Shell’s personnel in bright red/orange overalls getting ready to go/off work (Im not so sure). No gym or pool though but I have no complaint. Shops and eateries are just right outside the lobby.

Fast check in and friendly workers. Room come with breakfast and given as booked. Comfortable bedding room with nice decoration. Good ventilation. Good hearty spread of breakfast with local and western food. The location is nearby supermarket, local entertainment and accessible by public transport and self drive. As whole meet all needs.

Nice to stay just the room is smaller if compare to any other hotels with same range of pricing. It is located at strategic location with shopping mall at the back of hotel. Besides, bus terminal is located beside the hotel.

this hotel is ranked #1 in TA hence i booked a night with them. my stay was pleasant. for a top hotel in a small town, everything is great. just the receptionist who checked me in is slightly unfriendly, no smiles. location is good bcz there are plenty of eateries around, all within walking distance. grab is plenty here. room is clean n spacey. breakfast is the usuals, quite a good selection of food. check out was fast. all in all, there is nth wrong with this hotel. i would come back again.
