The huge smile we had from Yusof, the bellman, on our arrival, was a harbinger of things to come. Whenever we arrived or left the hotel, he was there to support us - with parking, luggage, advice on places to go and help with our inadequate Malay language when we asked for it. Nothing was too much trouble - and all with an amazing smile and enthusiasm to help.
The restaurant food was another high spot - beautiful food and great service from table staff. The crispy salmon, beef stroganoff and ginger onion beef were all to die for. Often bowls eg for omelette fillings, remained empty for long periods. It would help if buffet staff checked and refilled them often. Despite this, omelettes were cooked to perfection.
The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the sea view. A hook or rail near the basin for the hand towel would be very convenient.
When we checked out, we were very surprised when the receptionist, Shuryana, just wrote a price on a piece of paper and showed it to us. We expected a printout with an itemised list so we understand how our hotel charges were made up. My husband requested an itemised account and so we were finally given a printout, but we felt the whole interaction was not professional. Fortunately, Yusof was there to help us again, ensuring we left with a another of his light-up-the-world smiles!

I really like this hotel though it’s not a 5 stars hotel but to me it’s very cozy. I was allocated on level 8. The room is relatively small & it has all the needed amenities. I found the experience staying at this hotel is very satisfying. This would be the 2nd hotel that I’ve stayed that I really like. It’s very clean & I really enjoyed by just staying in bed. The channel quite limited. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. There’s a hypermarket behind the hotel. The bus station is just right next to it. Plenty of eateries the moment you step out of the hotel. I didn’t try to order food but the breakfast was just ok. No buffet spread & I can understand because the hotel is observing the strict Covid-19’s SOPs.

Myself very happy during my stay on 12th April. Your counter staffs recognize and great with polite. This service very tiptop on hospitality service. your counter staffs Veronica very well handle even i saw one the guest shout loud at counter, but she still assist about the guest booking. She giving polite manner to serve the guest and look so proud have this kind of staff at your hotel. Kudos to your staffs. During my stay your counter staffs greet with smile and plus know my name. This i call Pro service. I hope management will look this pro service skill on your counter staffs have. I will return stay to your Hotel again soon. Good Job

This hotel suppose to be a nice place to stay but to my surprise the condition had changed a lot maybe because of after MCO pandemic. The room is not well clean and had a foul smell. Not much maintenance was done.. but their breakfast still does not let you down.

I have a pleasant stay here. The staff Michael is very friendly. Michael willing to let me stay with corporate too even though it is a last minute trying luck 's request. The room is very clean & room service is good. The morning breakfast very nice with varieties. The only thing is it don't have swimming pool & Gymm. But I am fine with it because I don't really utilise it. ;)
I feel good & will definitely come back for next business trip.

Poor service at the reservation counter. Be careful when want to book using call, or want to cancel your reservations. The lady didn't do their job, just ignored.

Hotel location are surrounded with supermarket, shop houses, bus terminal and eateries. Very convenient. But there were no hotel guests parking area, so I just parked my car at the nearest empty parking lot. I didn't try the breakfast but I bet it was good. Also please make a routine maintenance because the room that I was given had a flickering light in the bathroom. And also the AC change its own temperature from 25* to 21*.

this hotel is ranked #1 in TA hence i booked a night with them. my stay was pleasant. for a top hotel in a small town, everything is great. just the receptionist who checked me in is slightly unfriendly, no smiles. location is good bcz there are plenty of eateries around, all within walking distance. grab is plenty here. room is clean n spacey. breakfast is the usuals, quite a good selection of food. check out was fast. all in all, there is nth wrong with this hotel. i would come back again.

The hotel staff are friendly. They are supportive and helpful. Meanwhile there are many restaurants, food court, glossary market is nearby hotel. All is within walking distance which approximately 200 till 500 metre distance . It very convenient to getting different variety of food as well as any other necessary item.

Location - No surrounding mall within walking distance. ~20mins to airport.
Facilities - cleanliness 3/5, no gym, no pool, sound insulation is ok. Bedding is nice and firm. Shower temperature is slow to warm up but consistent with good pressure.
Food - Simple breakfast fare typical of 3 star hotels.
Value for money - yes
