My seminar hosts were from nearby Bayawan City. Melania's seems to be a favorite venue for them. I am not surprised. The owner/manager is very accommodating. She personally supervised the preparation of the food, making sure the diet was balanced. I was told by my hosts that the prices are reasonable and affordable. We made use of their sole function...

I stayed in this wonderful garden resort for a 2-day workshop last August 2015. I was not expecting anything extraordinary in this sleepy town of Tanjay, but I was in for a great surprise. What made our stay very memorable was the excellent service in this garden resort. The food was so good. It was more value for money. Good...

OMG! I can't believe they can stay in business. I thought she was the manager and not the owner. She wanted a down payment to secure the booking because they will be full since it's high peak season (December) and so I sent her the money. Guess what? The hotel were empty when we arrived there. Two days before the...

My GF booked this place for a school reunion. The owner is truly a nightmare......as soon as she saw my "white face" you could see the $$$ signs in her eyes. She tries to charge for everything as an extra. If you pay by credit card watch out ...... its a massive 8% surcharge. This place should be shut down...

Rustic & homely, the hotel is a delightful “staycation” from the hustles and bustles of city life. Owner seem to be pleasant though we have not made a lot of request from her so it's hard top say but the staff were very cooperative. To break the serenity penetrating into the night, it’s fun to sing karaoke with family or...

The place is lovely but be careful to the owner coz she loves money. Taking advantage of foreigners. Asking too much additional charges. I cried a lot to this rude, disrespectful person like an idiot(owner) u better closed that place.

I've stayed at Melanias for 9 days, the place looks great, an Oasis of sorts, the place is very clean. The biggest shortfall is the managment/owner, unhelpful, quite rude, instils the atmosphere of a world war 2 work camp rather than a resort, "going an extra mile" for the customer does not exist at Melanias, even the rules posted in...

“The executive room is extremely large but lacks much furniture. It has a tub while other rooms do not. I am not sure the extra expense is worth it except it is in a back end of the building and private and nice.”
