We were very well welcomed while we reached the place late in the night...they even kept our dinner, we really appreciated. Very conciliant! The food is very tasty, the place lovely but rustic, boths hosters, Mike down to the river or annita at the mountain Lodge are very kind and nice. The only point is that we found it very...

Visited in 2010 and spent 3 days at the Riverside Lodge. Very comfortable very relaxing and adventure all mixed into a great experience. Hiking in the hills above the river had great views and had the feeling of remoteness unique to Patagonia. Horse Riding was fun and Kurt's riding instructions were very helpful. Did not visit the Mountain Lodge, Pity...

My husband and I stayed 4 nights up at the Mountain Lodge and 3 nights at the Riverside Lodge. Our hope was for rustic beauty that respected the unique community and earlier generations of the Cochomo Valley and that offered a friendly, comfortable space to explore. Campo Aventura exceeded our expectations and left us with beautiful memories. Armin's careful organization...

We (2 adults 2 kids, 13 and 10) stayed at Campo Aventura during October for 5 days and 4 nights - 2 nights at the riverside lodge and 2 nights up at the mountain lodge. Mike and the team organised everything for us - including a half day kayak to Cochamo from Ralun (and transfers from our hostel in Puerto...

My wife and I wanted to camp at Campo Aventura at La Junta but since there wasn't any space available, we decided to wait and camped out along the river at the Riverside Lodge. We set up our tent in a beautiful pasture overlooking the emerald colored Río Cochamó. Mike, the owner, was very accommodating and friendly. The horses and...

We had a wonderful family Christmas experience with Campo Aventura. From the moment we were collected from our hostel in Puerto Varas until we were dropped back there 5 days later we were completely looked after but in a very low key non prescriptive way. In fact Armin actually looked after us from my first email. She even arranged to...

We happened upon Campo Aventura when we came into Cochamo. We could not have been happier to find this place. What a beautiful property and lovely accommodations. Everyone was so helpful and kind during our stay, really the best hosts around. They were so knowledgeable about the area, a wealth of helpful information. The food was superb. The horses beautiful....

It's a beautiful place and the staff is friendly. They will try to charge you for pretty much everything and sometimes not even tell you in advance (showers cost extra for campers, picking you up after a tour as well, etc). There are cheaper alternatives in cochamo and in La Junta with pretty much identical services. We only found out...

Excellent choice! My girlfriend and I stayed at both of their properties in Cochamo across 2 nights. Tent camped the first night in an idyllic pasture, greeted by friendly horses in the morning. Impeccable bathrooms, with a great common/kitchen room inwhich we played board games. The bilingual caretaker, Mike, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Taking the cable...

My daughter and I spent a memorable 4 days hiking and riding at Campo Aventura. After our first night at the Riverside Lodge, we rode horseback for several hours with our competent gaucho past farmland and through a rainforest until the trail opened up onto the stunningly beautiful La Junta valley and Mountain Lodge, with the Andes as a backdrop....
