A friend recommended this gem and our expectations were exceeded. Ricky and Florin have created the perfect rain forest getaway complete with outstanding hospitality, luxurious furnishings and amazing views. Casa Flamboyant is the perfect retreat for those with a distinguished palette and a need for opulent relaxation. The facility's beauty and comfort is only exceeded by the hosts attention to...

I didn't even have a tripadvisor account, but I signed up just for Ricky and Floren! The property speaks for itself. I can't describe the peaceful feeling that came over me as soon as I stepped into the gate. You just have to be there. It's like your on a movie set. Pinch me is this real? AND the rooms...

After spending a week at the beach in Culebra, we thought it would be fun to extend our vacation for a few days by exploring the rainforest. Casa Flamboyant sounded enchanting and it lived up to all expectations. Magnificent views, hikes to secluded waterfalls with mountain pools and truly astonishing breakfasts with fresh fruit from the area. Ricky and Florin...

We are extreme skeptics when it comes to B&Bs. Therefore we enter entered into our one night stop here with great trepidation. The plan was to enjoy one evening with our traveling companions and head off to Old San Juan for two nights prior to our departure on a cruise. As it ends out, we sincerely regret not staying longer...

This was our second stay with Ricky and Florin, and we had a wonderful time - again! The Ginger Room was super comfortable, with a beautiful view. We did a couple of different hikes this time, right from the house, in the southern section of El Yunque. There's enough hiking up here for a few days, but I'd suggest taking...

Awakening to the sounds of coqui's and birds, we opened the doors of the immaculately kept Ginger Room and all of our senses were immediately assailed by a spectacular panoramic jungle vista: fresh, cool breezes rustling tropical foliage; sun rays lighting hummingbirds serenading exotic orchids; cascading waterfalls in the midst of lush green mountains; sudden rain drops on the glassy...

My husband and I just returned from our second Puerto Rico trip. On our first trip last year, we were lucky enough to come across Casa Flamboyant. We had a wonderful stay. In fact, it was the leading factor in our decision to return to Puerto Rico this year and we weren't sorry. We love this place so much that...

Casa Flamboyant exceeded my already high expectations. From the introductory conversation with Ricky to ensure we knew exactly where they were located, (in a rain-forest - so it might rain!) to the final fantastic breakfast prepared by Florin... This was such a unique and fantastic get away. We got a bit lost on the way. Totally my error so i...

When we stepped behind the wall and over the threshold, we marveled at the beauty. Ricky and Florin warmly greeted us with a detailed tour of the property, peppered with bits of history and fascinating facts about the rain forest. The well-designed house is tastefully furnished and melds nicely into the environment. We gazed over the rain forest taking in...

My husband and I recently enjoyed one night at Casa Flamboyant and we wish it had been many, many more. This place is amazing and unlike anywhere I have ever been. Ricky and Florin were lovely and we had a great conversation about the history of the house. Breakfast was out of this world, with many of the ingredients coming...
