The hotel is in the middle of town , so close to everything. The staff were excellent, very accomodating. Mary Jane runs a very tight ship, and a great job that she does. The room was on ground floor, just a fan, very clean, very pleased. The restaurant is good, most meals we had there were great, a few little...

Hotel is located on the main street in town, so it is well located to access everything you will need. Rooms are standard and clean with A/C and ceiling fan. Upstairs rooms have balconies, ours overlooking pool and beautiful gardens. Restaurant food was good. Local staff were good and quite attentive however the only criticism we have is that one...

6 of us went to the restaurant for dinner . A well done steak was still rare and chicken was raw. Meals came out all at different times. Water was not offered we had to ask for it. No service staff in the room we had to find him to get more drinks. A disappointing meal to an otherwise wonderful...

We were evacuated from the Barrier Beach House the night we arrived in Santo to the Hotel Santo in downtown Luganville and stayed three nights. This is a solid concrete building that can withstand a good size cyclone. It's clean and comfortable and Mary Jane the owner is a sweetheart. She even whipped up a very nice dinner for 10...

We stayed out of town, but a quick visit to Luganville and the markets found us needing somethinhg to eat for lunch. Enter Hotel Santo. Food was good, exactly what you expect for a pub meal. Beer was cold, but only available in bottles, and there were reasonable wines available by the glass. While food just about anywhere in Vanuatu...

We chose this Hotel because of it's location and particularly as it is across the road from Allan Power Dive. We were happy with our accommodation in the rooms at the back of the Hotel, which are quiet and very spacious. There are also complimentary toiletries. Mary Jane was very helpful in organizing a trip for us when the town...

The hotel has a 70's design and a central location. The reception, restart and outdoor eating area and pool were not modern but they were still nice and had character. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was quick. The rooms, however, looked fine but the dusty smell and surfaces of the room, gave the impression that...

A welcoming email response from Mary Jane when I booked was a positive start. We booked for two nights. We found the hotel charming, central to all we needed, comfortable and clean. We had a fan-cooled garden room which had a pleasant outlook and was very quiet and cool - it was June. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked,...

May have been built decades ago, this salmon pink colour building is clean basic and right in town. Walking distance to shops, not that there is much to shop for in quiet Santo. Near dive shops. Budget prices air con rooms, great pool and put out a good pizza. Staff friendly and do their best to assist.Mary Jane always answers...

We stayed at the Hotel Santo at the end of our 2 week holiday in Vanuatu. We couldn't have been happier. The hotel had an elegance that took you back in time and the atmosphere was relaxing and homely. Our room was upstairs overlooking the pool area and gardens. The gardens were amazing - absolutely stunning and full of everything...
