This beautiful little hotel is up in the hills of Andalucía and I have just returned after a four night stay. The proprietors, Bernadette and Patrriek make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive and continue to do everything they can to make your stay as relaxed and perfect as can be. Everything about this hotel is lovely. The...

This is my favourite place to relax in the sunshine. Once you have experienced the hospitality you will just want to keep coming back. The six bedrooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable as well as being tastefully furnished. Two of the rooms have terraces where you can sit in the sunshine or even under the stars in the evening. During...

Alistair Sawdays review of this Cortijo was spot on , we arived in the dark so we had no idea untill the morning how superb the setting is for this hotel. Although small the facilities are all there and Patriecks food is excellent . I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody . If you are looking...

We've just finished our 3 days, 2 nights on La haza, Iznajar. The place of Patriek and Bernadet is lying in the hills of olives. It's quiet, relax and peaceful. From the moment we're arrived we felt like coming in paradise. The whole atmosphere is really relaxed. Patriek and Bernadet hospitality is amazing. The are very helpful and give you...

If you are looking for peaceful, rural, beautiful surroundings with a great view and a pool perfect for chilling, this is the place for you. I stayed here for two nights and went on a scenic hike in the olive groves and a good run (albeit it quite hilly!). The food was great and is home cooked with care by...

After a truly disastrous road trip down through France and the Costa Brava and a knuckling clenching drive with no turbo up an Andalucian hill we arrived to the warmest welcome imaginable at the stunning Cortijo. Hidden amongst the olive groves in the hills around Iznajar and boasting excellent views, the Cortijo is like no other place I've stayed before....

We've just returned from another week of perfect relaxation at La Haza. This time we stayed in the large new room which has a private balcony overlooking the pool. As always Patriek and Bernadette are fantastic hosts and each day ended with an amazing meal produced by Patriek from his kitchen. There is no better place to escape from the...

Bernadette and Patrick are the perfect hosts. The cortija La Haze is well maintained, lovely garden with little terraces and nooks to relax and enjoy the scenery and pool. The room we stayed in isn't large but very convinient. Breakfast has a large variety of dishes and again is perferctly done. We had dinner in the village (10 min. away)...

We highly recommend the B&B Cortijo La Haza, which is centrally located in the beautiful countryside of Andalusia. One can easily stay for a number of days and make short (1-1.5hr.) drives to Malaga, Cordoba, Grenada etc. The place is run by an amazing couple from Belgium/Netherlands who take great care of their visitors, including kids and infants. Patriek, is...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A beautifully restored 250-year old olive cortijo, hidden away amongst the olive groves south of Iznajar, with stunning, ever-changing views of the Sierra Nevada and the valleys. 6-star service, home from home, a little corner of paradise are but a few items of praise we have received.
