The mife and I only stayed the one night but wished it was more. Ginny and Dave are superb hosts and the house and room was perfect. They made us very welcome with a cream tea and the offer of a beer out on the lawn. We live in the country ourselves but their location is quiet even by our...

Rarely do you read a review where (a) there are a reasonable number of reviewers and (b) the comments are consistently good. Having just spent 5 nights at Boslinney Barn I cannot add or disagree with any of the previous comments. The location, quality of the accommodation and Ginny, the host, are all excellent.

We stayed at Boslinney Barn for 2 nights at the beginning of June - if only we could have stayed longer! All the previous reviews are absolutely spot on. Ginny was so friendly and welcoming and her husband Dave even offered us a cold beer in the garden - a really lovely couple. Ginny is a genuine local and always...

We read the reviews and decided to stay at Boslinney Barn for 3 nights over the late May Bank Holiday weekend; our first ever trip to Cornwall. The word “barn” indicates that it was once a farm and that it is in the countryside; so please don’t be put off by the directions to get to get there. For townie...

We stayed at Boslinney Barn over the May bank holiday weekend and it was fantastic. Everything written in the reviews below is correct and it's hard to know what to add really. Ginny is wonderful and really made us feel at home. The barn is beautiful and very stylishly decorated, and the rooms very comfortable. You couldn't wish for anymore...

We booked to stay based on the reviews I'd read and can only add to all the positive comments. We're always keen to stay in special places that are hidden gems and were so pleased to have discovered Boslinney Barn. Right from the start Ginny was really friendly and very helpful and the rooms were decorated with lovely touches with...

After several days in St Ives we enjoyed a few nights at Boslinney Barn for a complete change of pace, trading the sea for lush and tranquil countryside. Ginny could not have been more helpful -- from offering to jump in her car to retrieve our friends who had missed the turn off the single-lane road to reach her B&B,...

If you are visiting the Eden Project, Heligan, or just visiting this part of cornwall, I would recommend that you stay here, and nowhere else. Everything about staying here was superb, from the incredibly comfortable rooms to the excellent breakfast. The little touches, such as placing our bottle of wime in a cooler whilst we were out, are what sets...

Boslinney Barn was obviously special from the moment we arrived. Ginny brought us tea in the garden and we just sat and enjoyed the peace and quiet for a while. The barn has been done up beautifully - it's full of interesting features and doesn't feel a bit like your average, soulless B+B. Breakfasts were great and gave us a...

This is how B&B should be. Stylish, contemporary rooms, spotless and comfortable - no tired eiderdowns here. Friendly but unobtrusive service from Ginny, who made us welcome at all times. Good breakfast. Ideal location for Eden Project and Heligan, as well as some nice Cornish coves and villages. It's really hard to see what could be bettered, and the value...

“- 2 of the 3 rooms have their own entrance - To find Boslinney Barn - make a note of directions on Boslinney website as Satnav and map is not reliable enough.”

“We stayed in the yellow room, which Ginny says is the smallest. It is beautifully decorated and has a superbly comfortable bed. Lying on the bed you enjoy a wonderful view over the garden and the valley beyond.”
