My wife and I stayed at Canal View for three nights recently, it was without doubt one of the best B&B's that we have stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few, we were greeted warmly with tea/coffee and a nice piece of home made cake, the room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable, a mini fridge was...

First time of staying at Canal View. It was selected as we were visiting Lincoln with a view to relocating. Very comfortable. A lovely welcome of tea and coffee and slice of fruit loaf. Very nice breakfast. Easy to get access to Lincoln City centre which is a lovely place. Would recommend.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay, delicious breakfasts and very helpful friendly hosts. Off ro0ad parking - always a bonus. Within easy reach of Lincoln, local places to eat and a pleasant village.

Everything I hoped for - a comfortable, welcoming & attractively modern place to stay, delicious food and the perfect hosts. I would recommend without hesitation. Easy to get to Lincoln (10 minutes by car). Whilst the property is by a main road I didn't hear any traffic. Just a very enjoyable 2 night stay.

Stayed just the one night. Great B & B, with off road Parking. I walked down the road to a local Indian restaurant, recommended by the owner of the Canal View, and had a great meal. Super breakfast, everywhere spotless, I was most impressed.

Found this b & b at the last minute and I'm so glad we did. Spotlessly clean and great attention to detail. Beds comfortable and the breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. Can't fault any of it!

This B&B is excellent, friendly, welcoming owners. Breakfast excellently cooked, Home-made strawberry jam to die for (I don't normally eat jam too sweet for me normally). The rooms were cosy, the beds generous, I really couldn't ask for more.

Stayed overnight while visiting friends. Very clean and welcoming B&B. Room good with good selection of refreshments. Breakfast also very good. Canal is right opposite, good location for Lincoln. Only downside is that we thought it was a little pricey. Would recommend though.

We stayed one night at this B & B based on Tripadvisor ratings and was not disappointed. Good accurate website, directions, and easy guest parking. The B&B is on a main road, but the property is fully double glazed and our King Room was at the rear and very quiet. The room was comfortable and very well planned with everything...
