We have stayed here several times en-route to Eurotunnel. The staff have always been very good, but this time went out of their way to be helpful, after we had an horrendous journey to get there. The young man on the desk ( I think his name was Kumar) was a credit to the hotel and IHG. Breakfast was very...

Well run hotel with nice rooms.Lovely surroundings. Restaurant menu could improve as to variety and choice, however there is a pub on the doorstep which I believe serve meals as well.Plenty of outside free parking. About 30 minutes to the Channel Ports.

Stayed here for 3 days in early October as a walking base with 23 colleagues in si gle occupation rooms. The manage.ent and staff were incredibly helpful. We dined in the Cambridge Suite of an evening and in the main dining room at Breakfast. We agreed a restricted choice of dinner choices which were fine for our Group. All were...

A nice hotel, with 2 double beds for the same price as 2 single beds. Staff are helpful and it's a great location for the ashford outlet village or Eurostar station, just a short drive away. We are regular guests here, food is variable quality, generally pretty good!

You know what you are getting here, a clean comfortable big room with a nice view over the countryside and a big bathroom with a bath. There is an ice machine down the hall, good air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. Nice drinks at the bar, a very good breakfast and friendly staff. This does what it says on the...

We have stayed in this hotel 4 times prior and following our trips to France. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is light, airy and clean. I have found all of our rooms to be spacious and cosy. Some of the windows are a bit rickety in the rooms but this is by far our favourite stop over...

We have used this hotel each time we have travelled to and from France on the channel tunnel. We stayed over again prior to our trip to France and on our return leg. The breakfast we had on both trips was excellent, one of the best I've had when staying at a Holiday Inn. The staff were excellent with our...

We had a one night stopover here on the way to France via the Channel Tunnel. I wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed in a family room which was huge and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch having the two single beds for the kids in an alcove. We were able to check in early...
