Great hotel with fantastic pools and restaurants. We saw very few Asian guests, felt like spending Christmas with europeans! There was a little hiccup with our connecting rooms, but soon Maria provided a solution, which we appreciated very much! Sorry had her day off when we left, never got a chance to really thank her! Meals here are extremely good,...

We stayed here in the first week of January for our honeymoon. I have to say that this resort is one of the most beautifully designed and manicured locations we have ever stayed at. Aesthetically, this is a dreamy place and every inch of the resort has been thought out. The staff in this hotel are fantastic and helpful. They...

Top notch all over. We were just picking a typhoon week to be there so thank good we stayed at the right place... The pools and the restaurants are great. Service is immaculate. Shopping in the area doesn't exist but that's not the fault of the hotel. Be prepared though... at this place you pay through your nose...

Cannot go wrong at this resort, professional service, clean, style, amazing food and nothing is too much for any of the staff who walk around with a smile. Location fab, rooms divine. We travelled with 2 kids and stayed in both a 2 story room and also on return 2 smaller rooms....both were fabulous. A must in Phuket and worth...

We last came to Indigo Pearl [as it was then] in 2011 and had a disappointing stay. We decided to come back this year and are really pleased we did. We booked the Coqoon Suite Villa back in Feb 2016 for a holiday over Xmas 2016. When I noticed the hotel had changed names in Sept I contacted them about...

We are currently staying at The Slate. We’re here for a relatively long stay (12 nights) and so far I have to say I’m a little disappointed. Prior to arriving at the hotel our email communication was excellent - thanks Prapa! Things also started off well - we had a wonderful greeting and were given an early check in (our...

We had booked this resort approximately one year ahead based on a brief visit last year. What a shock when we arrived. We paid £700 per night and booked d buk suite for three. Room was dark gloomy dirty with 'see through hedge' across tiny terrace with no view. Called Maria who told us hotel was sold and could not...

We have just returned from an 18 day honeymoon to Thailand and we were lucky enough to stay at this resort for 6 nights. Despite booking and paying to stay at three different hotels and locations we decided to extend our stay for another night as this hotel is absolutely incredible (even though that meant losing our money with the...
