I was apprehensive after reading some reviews about the room type (pool access) that we had booked and when we arrived the fear was realised. A review mentioned a room at the end of a narrow run the was in shade and smelled damp. That became our room for 5 nights. It was disappointing and even though I mentioned it... More

Just returned from 5 nights here. I highly recommend it here, Superb location by the little path to the beach plus it's right by all the restaurants and bars etc. Lovely staff. The breakfast is simple but that's ok as long as you're not expecting a selection of cereals and pastries. Apart from the wifi not being free and only... More

The location of this hotel is amazing, it's literally a few minutes walk from the beach. It also is surrounded by bars and restaurants and a handy 7/11. Tuc tuc drivers also all seem to know where it is, which is a huge bonus. It took us over an hour to get here from the airport as we opted for... More

The hotel is overall fine. I booked it, because the hotel website said it was in Karon. But this is not true, the hotel is in Kata!!! I was NOT impressed by the nightshift staff who handled the check in. The two boys have never seen a hotel school from inside. No wais (Thai bows), no cold towels or welcome... More

My 3 night stay at the honey resort kata gave fantastic value for money at 850 per night with breakfast,, admittedly the buffet breakfast was average but I was given the option of room with breakfadt or room only when I e-mailed the hotel direct prior to arrival, difference in rate was 200 baht per day if guests want to... Great location walking distance to Kata and Karon Beach. We even walked to Kata Noi Beach, about a mile away. The room is very clean, a little dated, The cleaning ladies do an excellent job. Service is not friendly with the exception of the cleaning ladies and the young lady in the front that checked us in. She was very... More

The hotel is located at an ideal location at Kata Beach. It is near many restaurants and is reasonably quiet at night for those who prefers a good night sleep. It is also located about a 5 minutes walk from the weekly Monday night market. The staff in particular Betty was also helpful and provided tips on our stay in... More

Got a late deal at a good price for just a couple of nights. Read previous reviews so wasn't expecting too much. Room was clean, bath with shower OK, towels changed daily and safe worked alright. Only one English channel on TV, HKT, but didn't stay in the room long so didn't matter to us. Breakfast OK for a cheap... More

Cannot believe hotel staff continually abrupt and rude to their guests. What of we pay their wages dont they get?? Without guests, no tips, lower occupancy meaning less staff, or hotel closes etc. didnt think asking for late check out is such a drama, was told by reception lady "pay me 300baht"", for 1hr late check out!. I said no,... More

The hotel is located near Kata beach. The hotel is OK although we asked someone in Reception to make a local call on our behalf and they charged us for it which is a little unusual. Overall, there is nothing wrong with it. It is an inexpensive option in Kata beach.
