Due my husbands knee injury we changed our hotel to The Village resort being nearer Karon and on one level . We were delighted with this hotel having spent many holidays in Thailand this hotel exceeded our expectations. Our villa room was comfortable and spacious in thai in design, roomy bathroom and lovely sit out terrace. Pool area wonderful plenty of sun loungers. Pool bar good and food delicious around the pool. Good breakfast with lots of choice, staff very attentive making sure tea and coffee topped up. Kerby from the Philippines was extremely pleasant and professional always smiling and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday thank you to all the staff your the best. Hope to be back next year.

Lovely clean hotel with very spacious rooms. The pool is small. We stayed in pool access room and garden villa over 10 days. Staff are all very friendly. Only complaint was we asked to checkout at 2pm and was told this would cost 500 baht. Note the room was never cleaned before 2pm and the hotel was not fully booked for the next day so we could not understand why they insisted on charging us. No other hotel in Phuket has ever charged us anything for late checkout.

Had a great 6 nights at this hotel. Stunning grounds and the staff are lovely.
We stayed in a standard room, all the rooms are the same except some have access to the swimming pool. Our room was 516 and literally a 30 second walk to the pool and reception.
The room was huge. The bedroom was just a massive bed so no mess in there as you have a large dressing room area with his and hers wardrobes. A huge bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Plus a living room with a digital TV with Netflix plus a kettle and tea and coffee supplies. 2 fresh bottles of water were left every morning too and there was a drinks fridge in the lounge as well.
We had breakfast every morning. It was basic but fruits, salads and fresh eggs cooked how you want them plus Thai food too.
Pool was lovely and warm and plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels every day.
The hotel felt quiet even though it was fully booked. It was quiet at night with just the sounds of the birds to listen to in the morning.
Had a great stay here and I would highly recommend.
The beach is a very short walk away too.

The hotel looked very dated. It looks like it was built in a rush and did not feel like a 4 star hotel at all. The room didn’t feel safe or secure with the only way to lock up being a padlock on a sliding door. The pool was dirty, garden was pretty unkempt and the whole grounds were a bit grubby and broken down. I think the biggest issue for us and which ultimately made us leave after only one night was the extreme lack of privacy. Both the side and front windows opened to public areas. The shared pool out the front of the villas wasn’t the issue, it was the fact that just on the other side of the villa pool was the main walkway to all of the villas, then past that, the main pool and pool bar, then past that the restaurant and lobby. So from the bed through the villa, you could see everyone and they could see you. The rooms didn’t have net curtains, and the only way to not be seen walking around in your underwear was to close all of the blackout curtains. That said, all the staff were very nice and helpful, though probably still not to a 4 star level. We had originally booked through booking.com for 5 nights and after we had let reception know we weren’t happy neither the hotel or booking.com would offer us any compensation

Lovely resort with fantastic staff. Adults only so lovely & peaceful. We had a pool entry room which was great as it was raining on & off & when the sun came out, we could just hop into the pool. The villa itself was huge & comfortable & cleaned well. The shower was good & so was the bed after we got a mattress topper. A few days it rained so we ate at the resort & the food was good.

This hotel is very nice for adults who seek for a relaxing, quiet hotel. It is situated quite close to there Karon Beach (some 10 min walk) and just 15 min walk to Karon center. The busy traffic road has to be crossed when going to the beach and it is a bit risky due to the heavy traffic. Breakfast was good and the breakfast restaurant had a very peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. We never saw more than 15 people there. Also sunbeds were always available. The pool was OK (maybe 20 meters long) and there is a big jacuzzi with a view over the pool. The bungalows a very spacious having 2 rooms, a big bathroom and even a storage room for clothes and luggage. Everything worked well in this hotel.

We stayed 14 nights at this hotel .
From start to finish this hotel and staff make you feel fabulous!
We were shown to our bungalow through a short walk through coconut palms and lush trees . Once inside there was a spacious lounge area which lead to a huge bathroom with an enormous bath !
To the other side is a dressing room with lots of wardrobe space . Through some skidding doors lead you to the biggest bed I’ve ever had !
The whole place was really clean , this was the case everyday . Thanks to the ever busy cleaning staff .
The breakfast was plentiful, lots to choose from . The eggs every morning were lovely.
All the staff greeted us with smiles and a hello ! Big shout outs to Max , Fang and Pat ! They were so lovely.
We ate a few times at the hotel for lunch , the food was lovely.
We really enjoyed the pool area , quite a lot of times we were the only ones in it !
The areas were kept very clean .
There is a swim up bar was an added extra.
We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon !

I would have given 5* but the bed was too hard and uncomfortable. They did put a mattress topper, but still too hard. I used the couch in the sitting area as that was comfy.
Loved how peaceful it was, the lovely staff, the gardens, the tv with satellite channels showing the world cup and the lovely pool. 5+ mins walk to beach, restaurants and bars another 5 mins to the centre of town
Entrance on the busy main road but no noise as property is set back in lovely gardens

Really good for the hotel category and price. A little "tired" in places but this actually added to the laid-back feel to the hotel.
The accommodation is well spaced and a decent size.
The infinity pool was superb - very large and the pool just merges into the sea and karsts.
Helpful and friendy staff.

Just returned from this exceptional resort and cannot rate it highly enough. We stayed in a poolside villa which was fantastic. A special shout out to all the staff, especially the bar staff, who went above and beyond with their quality of service. We thoroughly recommend this resort.
