beautiful heritage hotel crying out to be restored to its former splendour. accommodation is currently adequate, our compact room and bathroom immaculately clean, warm and pretty view of mountain. staff are pleasant but we were surprised that they openly socialised in the public areas of the hotel. food ranges from adequate to good with standard breakfast, adequate lunch and some...

This was our first visit to Charlotte Pass and to the Kosciuszko Hotel and we were blown away. CP is incredibly beautiful and the hotel was wonderful. Because everything is so close, CP is a really easy skiing holiday, where you can teach your kids to ski AND relax, and where you are treated like much more than a number....

the food is fantastic especially the dinner menu at the Chalet Restaurant - one of the best meals we have ever eaten. the highlight of our trip was the evening entertainment by the Highly Strung Rock and Roll Orchestra

We went for the 4 day / 3 night package. Only a few runs had opened (although they did ring to say we could swap to later in the season). As a first snow experience for beginners there was just enough snow and you could not fault the package and ease of the all inclusive lift passes / ski hire...

Our 4 generation family of 18 have just returned from 3 days at the Kosciusko chalet, Charlotte pass. Every minute was total bliss for everyone ranging from 6 year olds to 88 years olds. The chalet was perfectly positioned for my elderly parents to either sit in their room or out in the sun and be able to watch the...

Just been to the the Kosi Chalet for the first time. Its perfect for families & adults and the snow was fantastic. The resort is so friendly and all the staff are extremely helpful. We stayed Aug 2014. The chalet is pretty good and has reasonable rooms & bathrooms. Our room was a bit noisy. We had 17 in all...

Yesterday we got home from 3 days staying at the Kosciusko Chalet at Charlotte Pass, and wow, it was amazing. We were a group of two families with children aged 5yo, 7yo and two 8yos. Apart from there being excellent skiing conditions, the convenience of being so close to the chair lift really made our holiday. It was great to...

We just returned from 5 days at Charlotte Pass and although I found the boarding experience excellent, there is a lot of detractions to a holiday here. 1. I think we got very lucky with a metre of powder over night making it actually possible to ski (the day we arrived the place was rock and trees, and nek minit,...

This hotel is just about ready to fall apart. The beds are stiff, timber is rotting and a lot of the doors and windows don't open. It could easily benefit from a serious cash injection. But, in saying this, it serves a purpose. The state of place means it is rather cheap, making way for a reasonably priced ski holiday....

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday (only 3 days unfortunately), staying at Charlottes Pass Ski Resort - This was my first holiday in the snow, and my first time skiing. We have two children (7 & 9 yrs) and I could not have hoped for a better experience for their first trip to the snow. The accommodation...
