It is really difficult to describe this hotel:) It was our first night in Bali after we arrived. We booked online at home because the pool... When we arrive, there were many stuff and no guests :) The staff was friendly, helpful, very nice... We though that we are only guests. The room was amazing, big, clean... the view from... More

We booked this hotel online and stayed there for 2 nights without having any other options. Its far away from the city. Its a deserted place. Within the campus of the university. So you won't find a single person at night in that humongous compound. Even no care taket or security was there in the night. It was primarily made... More

The hotel is very far out of Nusa Dua, although they provide a free shuttle bus it is impossible to relax by the pool all day as the hotel does not provide food. Therefore if you want food you have to take the 20 min shuttle bus into town. The room was dark and dated with a lot of carpet... More

For starters we booked this as "ocean view resort" no such place exists!we paid the full amount upfront as requested and booked it through trip advisor. It was advertised as a 4 star spa resort. It was at the back of a deserted school?? We requested a pick up from seminyak no one replied to us so we ended up... More

We thought we were the only guests in this large hotel up on a hill, great views over Bali. They offered a shuttle bus into Nusa Dua, we went to the Bali collection for dinner and massage. Rooms are huge, clean, good views. So nice to wake up in this secluded hotel and have a swim before the heat set... More

This was by far one of the nicest places we stayed at in Bali - the staff were super friendly; the aircon, breakfast, and wifi were all great; and the atmos was awesome as well! The room size is beyond great, and the bathroom is super nice! There is literally nothing that I can think of that was negative about... More

Located within the Bali Tourism Institute, the hotel is perfectly hidden behind the campus. The suite is large enough for us with 2 kids. The staffs are accommodating. Dewi who incharged during the breakfast, she is so helpful. The pool has great view of forest and sea view. Wish we can see the ocean from the room :) It has... More

What a little gem to stumble across - the rooms are amazing! Friendly and ever so helpful staff that provide a free shuttle service to the nusa dua and surrounding areas. Breakfast was good - made fresh to order. View was great and we loved the quiet-ness of the surrounds. Would recommend most definitely.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. They lost our booking and would not let us use the phone to ring the travel consultant and we were left sitting in the lobby waiting on email contact on poor WiFi. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and we were made to pay... More
