Very nice to stay in a beautiful, upscale residential neighborhood. Great airport transportation by the owner. Excellent breakfast before our flight. Room was large and airy. Wonderful to open the large windows and get some fresh air. Was not so delighted with the restaurant recommended for dinner--they did not seem pleased to see travelers, and pretty much ignored us while serving all of the people around us. But that is not the fault of the hotel--just find an alternative dining spot. Easy and lovely walk through a residential area to get to restaurants.

The hotel is clean, but the rooms are very old and it's time for the hotel management to rebuild the rooms. Air conditioning does not function, heating is set on 24 degrees and no turning down the heating. Tiles in the bathroom missing or broken and the hotel lobby there is nothing to drink or eat, besides breakfast. No safe pavement from to the hotel for pedestrians. Last but not least, TV is very old and only shows Italian programs. So it is very disappointing.

Helpful staff, good breakfast. Nothing eccentric but good value for money in the area. used it many times and would continue to use but offices have moved. Located just off the state road, with a very good restaurant next door (mari e monti). Relatively quiet as it is off main transport routes. Better to use lower floors in summer (a/c more efficient there)

The best thing first, the room was clean. Location is in the middle of nothing, in the outskirts of a small town in an industrial area, nothing besides a gas station next door. All over the hotel big bugs where flying around, a mix between a grasshopper and cockroach, not pleasant at all.

Staff pleasant, room and rest of hotel clean, warm, tidy. Everything I needed was in the room. Quiet. Price good. While I was there they had their first flood for 20 years, staff work tirelessly to make sure the place had minimal disruption, by moving furniture from the basement. I still had a warm room and a lovely breakfast, pretty good service in challenging conditions. Well done

stayd for a night to catch a fligt from Linate Airport. the rooms are specius and clean, WIFI in the Lobby and cable internet in room. seems like the hotel mostly accomodate business men. the price of the room was good. it's 15-20 Min to the airport by car. there isn't much to do arround the hotel as it is located in the industrial zone. the staff was very helpful. and i would recommend as a passing by hotel. we had a great pizza in the resturnt near the hotel! - it's very recomended and prices are very resonable.

Very good hotel, quiet and clean rooms, fast internet. Hotel restuarant (pizzeria) from the other side of the building. Very reasonable price.
