This place was very close to our hotel (Novotel Surin), so we decided to try it. They serve local and western food. My kids ordered the lasagna, chicen nuggets and french fries. My wife and I ordered some local food such as the spicy shrimp glass noodle, the chicken satay, the spring rolls, tha Pad thai and the black pepper fried calamari. We were not disappointed, and we decided to come back again 2 days later. This is not a fancy place, but the food and the service are pretty good.

Frequently ate here when staying at the Novotel up the road. The Thai food is amazing. Reasonably priced too. Kids menu was handy. Not big servings but cheap. My 3 year old loved the chicken fried rice. The western style food appeared more expensive but other than a pizza (which was amazing) we stuck to the Thai menu. We also really enjoyed their Thai iced tea on milk. It was the nicest I had in Thailand

went here for dinner with friends , I had the worst steak I have ever had on the planet the rest of the food was bland and quite tasteless when I informed the management suddenly they were unable to understand the English which moments earlier they had a good grasp of it looks okay but bad food plus bad management = terrible restaurant

If you're looking for a cheap, decent, clean, quiet and best taken care by the staff, Surin Bay Inn Hotel is the place for you! It's location is just a walk away from the beach area, but just a bit far from the party place of the city. I love the attentiveness of the staff and breakfast was good! Will stay in there again next time 😉👌

Located about as close to Phuket's Surin beach as you can get, the Surin Bay Inn has a lovely low-key rustic charm. A traditional B&B, with a small number of rooms on top of a Thai/European restaurant, it provides excellent value for money, with some extremely large rooms. The breakfast is excellent, the staff friendly, and the beach 100m from the front door. It's not got the frills of the larger hotels, but replaces it with a charm common to small hotels where everyone knows your name.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean and had the biggest bathroom we have had yet. It has a tv, fridge, kettle and hairdrier in the room and air con. They provide beach towels and matts if you ask at reception. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach you can see it from the front. We loved our stay here we stayed longer than we intended and indeed would have stayed longer but they were full up. Excellent food and exceptional good value for money. I would highly recommend it.

Not very practical the lobby is the bar... staff just ok , ideal for a budget vacation. The restaurant is overpriced and the food mediocre, near the beach same quality for half of the price. Avoid the convenient stores near the hotel walk a block and save few baths.

After eating thai food all over Phuket, also taking a thai cooking class, I have to say, this really is a hidden gem! Great staff, tasty food. Dont be afraid of ordering medium or strong spicyness. Atmosphere is autentic 90s tourist restaurant, not fashional but functional. Free wifi. Great price!

Surin Bay Inn is a small property right near to Novotel Surin Beach Resort Surin Phuket Thailand. It's typically a Thai resturant but serves sea foods as well. In the evening they would display Squids, shell fish, giant prawns and other sea foods at the entrance and you can order the ones you pick. They have some rooms on the top floors and you can also stay on them. We visited Surin in July and as it was the rainy season it was quite uncrowned and peaceful. If you really want to enjoy good food with a quiet holiday then July is a good time to visit Phuket.
