We stayed here with a young baby and 3 years old. The staff called me prior to my stay and said they would set up a cot for us in the room this was all set up and ready on our arrival. The staff were friendly and attentive. Old downside was there was no cooked breakfast option however frankie and...

2nd stay at this travelodge. Used for a stay with a friend for shopping and to take advantage of the TGI Friday cocktail menu which is a 2 minute walk away. Receptionist (jade) lovely on arrival and offered information about nearby places to eat. Location perfect for all shops and retail parks in the area. Will be returning.

Stayed here for a weekend. Reasonably priced, clean spacious room, good location for access to Newcastle centre. You will need a taxi into the centre but only about £10-12, there are a couple of restaurants next to the hotel + a KFC, and the huge metro retail park is only a 10min walk away. Staff are helpful and can't really...

Although the location of this travelodge is great, it means there is a lot of noise. People smoking outside late create noise . The TV is appalling, size of an old computer monitor & remote was faulty

What you would expect from a Travelodge-nothing fancy just the basics. could have been a little more fresher ie carpet-difficult to get warm water constantly, either too hot or too cold. location if you have a car or use a taxi

Stayed here for one night, plenty of parking, great location for food/drinks and a short taxi ride in to the city centre. The room was spacious and clean, not overly noisy as some reviews say and the staff on reception couldn't of been more helpful they really were lovely. All in all a good base for a short stay in...

Great value for money in an excellent location close to the Metro Centre and there were several restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints at all. In fact we wished that we had been able to stay for an extra night. We will definitely stay here again when we...

I stayed here for one night to break a long journey from Scotland. After eventually finding the place after taking the wrong exit from the A1, I checked in and was directed to my room. The room was basic to say the least, a double bed, a table/desk, open cupboard for hanging clothes , bedside cabinets..and that's about it. The...

A comfortable hotel in an ideal location for Metro Centre. The staff were helpful and friendly and as this was a first visit to the area gave us good advice on where to eat and bus routes to use. We will return.

Top quality service from gorgeous ladies, wonderful smiles to greet you in the morning and always happy to lend a helping hand. Very clean and comfortable stay, no noise or anything. Would definitely recommend to family and friends if they stayed in Newcastle.
